@TheSouleater66 Morrowind was a MUCH better rpg than Skyrim but I still have say skyrim is great because it fixed a lot of the issues with morrowind like combat, exploration, music, and atmosphere but it also added problems like loss of content. I hated when they took out about 50% of the items and the spellmaking system. But hey nothings perfect
@segacd32xz i have to say morrowind music was better, but the combat was just different, not better. morrowinds combat was designed like in a pen & paper rpg, wheter you are going to hit an enemy or not was determinated by a dice roll, but it made more sense because moving in diferent ways you could do diferent atacks with your weapon, more effective depending on the weapon you are using, that was removed in skyrim, probably because casuals would think its too "complicated" to use.
@segacd32xz i really hope you are joking. skyrim was better than oblivion, but comprared to morrowind , its garbage. they took away all the freedom, and now not even my race matters at all, even thou im a high elf i cant join the thalmor and people say things like "you one of those skyrim for the nords types?". that just killed the game

I was like you a game of hater part of oblivion because they took off the levitation, until I discover the glitch how you fucking become super man in the 360 for oblivion.
I can't believe how completely disappointed I am in Skyrim. If not for the overwhelming amount of game breaking glitches, for the super short and unrewarding faction quests, the fact that they remove more with every game than they add. So what, who cares if I can cook or shout? You've added two new features while copying F3s lockpicking mini game and removing armor, skills, weapons, spells, and a plethora of other things that made TES stand out.
LMFAO what is distrubing is how true some of that actually was. Faction quests are just pathetically short and made little sense when you think about them. Archmage in a few quests? They did do an incredible job crafting the world though.

Oder würdest du Witze über einen Mann machen der deine halbe Familie ermordet hat????
I don't remember what level 7 was like, but I know that my Argonian with his 2 waraxes and full legendary daedric absolutely destroys things. Very little challenge. He is level 38. He takes out giants and mammoths with ease, same thing with dragons. I think I have to use a potion when I fight a dragon priest. My armor and weapons aren't even enchanted.
WTF dude. Skyrim has bosses that took me like 15-20 minutes to kill. Ever fought a dragon priest? The first time I came across a frost troll I died like 5 times before I got him. And I never adjusted the difficulty. IF you can honestly tell me that at level 7 you coulda just run up to one and bitch slapped him, I will know you are full of shit. Thumbs down.
@onimotoko Wow you are the Casual. Skyrim is so fucking easy. You are only proving the point the video made. I'm still a fan of Skyrim and really enjoy playing the game however, the simple fact is it's easy as piss.
@URockVids Dude, you are full of it. Post a video on youtube of you doing what I just said. Then I'll believe you. And I've been playing games for 10 years BTW, on the PC. I left the difficulty on "adept" which is close to normal I guess. If you're are saying you could just run up to a dragon priest and start wacking away at it, I KNOW you're full of shit. They take off like half your health in one shot.
@onimotoko Isn't that the truth. It doesn't get hard until you're level 25+, then the game says "Oh, you're a high level? Think again, bitch!" and makes everything more powerful. Try the Azura Daedric Artifact quest at level 25+. If you just go up to the enemies and start hitting it with a iron dagger, it won't die, even if you play on the easiest difficulty (I'm talking about the last part). The Dragon Priest at the end of the Mages guild questline was hard yet rewarding. Try it.
@BronzeRatz You mean, morokei? Yeah, I was only lvl 15 when I fought him, and he almost could one shot me with dwarven armor and stoneflesh on. The fight took forever, with many many potions used. But, I got his mask. One more brick in the dragon priest wall.
@BronzeRatz, Looks like you level'd your smithing at an early level causing your offense to be shit and your armor skill to be lowered. Watch too many videos on upping smithing? Try leveling sneak....and almost any offensive skill....Good game dragon priest. Visit the Dark brotherhood. etc. etc. The point is the game gives you equipment to become OP very quickly. You can visit an orc camp at like lvl 2 SW of Riften and get Orcish armor and a weapon.
@URockVids For the dragon priest I was a full mage, I have no use for armor and I stick to robes. The second time around, on my other character I was a full warrior with healing and I didn't want to smith at all, so, actually, you're wrong. Sneak is also useless on Dragon priests, so I'm not going to attempt that on my thief character. On a different character, which has 100 smith, I can kill a dragon in two seconds flat, but not a dragon priest. Have you tried killing a dragon priest yet?
@BronzeRatz Sneak is the most overpowered skill in the game when paired up with an offensive skill. You can easily sneak up to a dragon priest with a dagger at say 30 damage and do a 30x crit on it, then juke away hit sneak and do it again. That's just one of many possibilities. Bows work better imo b/c with practice the Priest will never know you were there. Warriors have it very easy, enchant a weapon with absorb health and Good Game. Mages are extremely easy with Conjuration. Sum Dremora Lord
@maximumovrlod Because after all, you are the greatest authority on TES anywhere right? I am only interested in what I experienced. I played Oblivion, THAT was easy. Skyrim GETS easy, but only when you finally get to a certain level, and find certain equipment. Towards the beginning though, Skyrim is tough as shit. Dragon priests WILL two shot you, n00b or not. If you though it was easy, you could always adjust the difficulty in the menu, preferably to "youtube troll".
@Onimotoko Why would I waste my life posting a video of something completely true? It's like saying, "dude the moon comes out at night!"..."Prove it!" Also, I love how you post your opinion and then when Maximumovrlod does the EXACT same, you call him a troll for just expressing his opinion.
@onimotoko I have my original opinion. Skyrim is an extremely easy game and again I'm still a fan of the series. The "value" of that statement is up to more than just yourself. If you would like me to teach you how to play the game, send me a message regarding any troubles you are having with this game that makes it so very "hard".
@URockVids I am pretty sure I did that already, thus my original posting. But now I am lvl 45 and the game IS fucking easy. But before, in the early lvls, it was a real bitch and a half. I think I can sum up by saying the game IS easy, AFTER you get to a certain lvl. BUT, B4 that, you gotta be ready for some real tough fights. You are free to disagree of course, but the stats speak for themselves. If Morokei can two shot me at lvl 15, then that IS a hard fight. That's all I gotta say.
@onimotoko It only means you build your character in a way that your offense is not good enough to take on the Dragon Priest at that level. That just means you should look at the game more carefully. That's where I disagree. I'm glad the game is easy for you now but the real complaint is: IMO a great RPG is one that has the player finding the epic'd out gear to take on tough enemies later on, not eventually find good gear to become an untouchable killing machine. It makes late game super boring.
@URockVids Well considering that I had invested HEAVily in the juggernaut perk(and alteration for ironflesh), even early on, I don't know about that. My heavy armor was VERY f-ing heavy duty. But yes, I do find myself somewhat bored with the fights nowadays. HOWEVER, since I got it for PC, I will hopefully see another obscuro's overhaul mod to increase the difficulty. The one thing I love about Pc gaming, if you don't like the way the game plays, just change it.
@URockVids Instead of calling people casuals. Which I'm sure only basement dweller geeks like you find insulting. You should get a life and put the controller down for a few minutes. ;p
@photonguy69 The game was made for Casuals (meaning casual players ) I've been a gamer most of my life, yes, however this game isn't even something that you have to put a lot of time into to make a character that is OP as hell. That was the point of the remark. Just b/c you can not comprehend the game well enough to understand it's VERY simple, doesn't make me a basement dweller. You might want to educate yourself a little more and look at the game again...idk just a suggestion
And to those who say this game doesnt hold your hands yes it does. Plainly does. One NPC randomly informs you "I heard about this person who is looking for information about... the Dark Brotherhood" and then there pops a quest. uugh DONT tell me that, i want to figure where these mysterious guys are. I dont want to be told how to play my game, because now i just have to go to point A --> B instead of adventuring. There is no deny in this, its blatantly there.
@chinchek Even though my player character is a Hybrid-Barbarian, his faction is the Dark Brotherhood, you don't always have to be a sneaky killer to be there. Also, I don't even notice the Fallout features when I play Skyrim to be honest heh, Bethesda has been fans of the Fallout series since after Daggerfall, so I don't really blame them. :)
It is a fun game, as long as you dont take it seriously as a TES game. i like your thoughts on Instant Gratification. I want to be frustrated, i want to spend endless hours trying to figure out a quest. That is what separates blockbuster games from masterpieces. Where blockbuster games will be forgotten because its part of a cycle of trends (Casual Consolation, cant deny, the market speaks), where memorable masterpiece like Morrowind, will stay in our minds for a long time.
Oh I play on console, and I will get skyrim on Xbox, BUT I have over 400 HOURS CLOCKED IN ON MORROWIND ON MY PC, and I WOULD get Skrim for it, but my specs blow.......sadface..... I hate being a console-only gamer. I wish I could play on PC like I used to back in '07. Please do not list me as a console fag :P I WILL RETURN TO PC GAMING! EVENTUALLY!
There is something terribly wrong with your definition of Casual! A casual gamer can't clock in 100+ hours, talk to 900 NPCs, check & minigame items @ 99 different locations, or walk for miles on end. It's just that the current gen gamers are not as hardcore as the older generation, or at least that's what the game devs convinced us with.
That aside, I love that man's passion for Morrowind.
If devs were serious about the PC gaming potential, they could have made Skyrim land as is, with many many features (because thats what Elder scroll was) without stream-lining, ability to disable "casual" features and bring back everything that arena/daggerfall/morrowind stood for. The series got sold out to consoles, just like Fallout.. (r.i.p. Fallout). Bethesda knows how to manipulate the "casual" market. i call it: Call of Skyrim. no joke. CoS should not be part of TES. /imo
@chinchek I didn't disagree with any of that (either being console-ized or dumbed-down), I just said that Oblivion or Skyrim cannot be played by casual gamers because of the time they require.
You need to realize that making games has drastically changed, they now require much much more time & man power, & hence money; that's why they are controlled by current-gen gamers' mindset (which represents purchasing power) & need a larger consumer base. I know it sucks, but that's the reality of it.
oh sorry i wasnt disagreeing with you, more like staying on your topic and giving my opinionated rant. Thats all =P . I am just glad i have games like Stalker and Arma which feel like PC games to me, small ui, small font, small menu buttons.. etc..
@chinchek Call of Skyrim? Really? *facepalm* It is a part of the TES, just accept it, please. If you haven't noticed, Bethesda still makes their games with great passion whether you deny it or not, and they want to share their amazing games with as many people as possible. I liked Morrowind better than Oblivion, but Skyrim tops them both, Skyrim's detail and beauty surpasses Morrowind's (imo). TES is still praised by many PC gamers, and your one of the very few that's complaining, tisk tisk. -_-
You have to dumb the game down so it attracts as much people as possible, even people who had never played TES before. Call of Skyrim: ya sounds ridiculous, so maybe Fall-rim. its marketed for the casual console people. If this game wasnt marketed this way, then this is where TES would continue to be unimaginable until we play it. Graphics and Dragons dont make a game, not the same feeling as when you play the Morrowind theme, all those special memories come back to you.
@chinchek A lot of Morrowind's and Oblivion's skill features were unnecessary, some were annoying, so I'm glad Bethesda got rid of the unnecessary ones, and Daggerfall was full of bugs, it was great but almost unplayable. Also speaking of laziness, Bethesda isn't, they rewrite everything from scratch after developing a TES game (3-6 years), aim for what will make the next one uniquely different, and a lot of TES fans could agree that they nailed Skyrim.
Now we have skyrim where most of our in depth features are taken out and now we have a generic RPG, a trendy one. You cant deny that, forget about environment and simplicity, you dont have uniqueness anymore. Thats why you have people saying this game is for the console nation and it reminds them of Fallout, because you can compare fallout 3 aspects to this game easily. You cant deny that, minority still has a voice regardless of what this generations majority of gamers sound.
I started with Morrowind, then Daggerfall, then Obivi-lol , and now Skyrim .. TES doesnt hold your hands, now it does, this isnt a good thing. Not for the TES "vets", i dont like change where change is dumbing down a game, Make morrowind but better, Streamlining doesnt = better, it = laziness. Some RPG gamers dont want laziness or quick hotkey battles like in Fall-rim. Again, GRAPHICS and DRAGONS and PERKS dont make a TES game, Daggerfall and Morrowind are top gameplay for TES.
@chinchek Well I didn't mention anything about graphics my friend, Morrowind had detail and beauty when you explore as well, more detail then Oblivion's generic looks, but Skyrim surpassed them both with environment designs and the beauty of exploration (imo). Morrowind didn't have the greatest gameplay, it just had a lot of skill features, the combat was pretty crappy, Daggerfall's and Arena's looked better to me. Skyrim offered more satisfying combat and gameplay from my experience.
Your intentions are good, but there is a difference in how we view change. Those annoying Skills (i am assuming the ones they took out) were part of an RPG, if you dont want to use it, dont, some of us will because that is the way we want to shape our character. By taking things out of a game, you have less customization, which doesnt give your Character that depth. I learned from Daggerfall and Morrowind that TES is unique, it separates itself from other RPGs. mysterious depth.
@chinchek I respect your opinion, I guess it just depends on how we role-play, and by the looks of it you play many kind's of classes. As for I played one unique class since Morrowind which I called a Hybrid-Barbarian, a longsword and frost destruction spells for offense, shield spells and light armor for defense, and I really do enjoy horse riding, which is the only feature I praised in Oblivion.
I always play an Assassin or Thief role, always :). im having fun in Skyrim, but to extend my concern, i cant keep a TES feeling when there are Fallout aspects in it.
Bethesda released a statement a looong time ago that Skyrim will be more like Morrowind because Oblivion got bland and there was no sense of exploration
I see something more in Skyrim, from looking at it so far it seems like there will be more weapon types like Morrowind, the dungeons look pretty legit. And the 'no class' system might work out better. Being more like Fallout 3 where there were set levels in some areas enemies sounds promising, though I'm worried that the AI might be the same. And as far as quests, radiant story will make it more replayable, unlike oblivion and Morrowind.
Fact: Blame the era, not the platform. Modern game developers and consoles are more devoted to visuals and accessibility; not so in the past. No one complained when Dragonstomper was enjoyed on the Atari in 1982 or when Final Fantasy VII on PS1 took the RPG world by storm. Developers wanna' make more money this way. They're disloyal.
But the issue's understandable. It's like sports games on a PC, a genre unsuitable for a *keyboard and mouse*.
OK, that's it. To all you PC fags out there, it really doesn't matter what console or PC you have to play SKYRIM. Skyrim's amazing on whatever you play it on! If we need to hate, hate on Justin Bieber or Nintendo, but don't hate on each other. Most PC's and all XBOX 360s run on Microsoft, their like blood brothers. And i don't know about PS3, but XBOX 360 and PS3's all have the same design practically! look at the controllers! just different designs! We all love Bethesda and Skyrim! STOP HATING!
@dk3c46 There is.. The leveling system is fucked up. As he said, there;s completely no challenge or fun in exploring the dungeons/gathering loot if it scales with your level. Nothing can kill you, as enemies also scale to your level. There's no challenge at all, and that's what makes RPG's so good! The feeling of accomplishment ;)
Equal-levelled enemies are not a challenge? If you surpass enemies' levels, it becomes easy. Players cheat by levelling up in certain spots. Yeah, the feeling of achievement is less, but that's where strategy is the focus: figure out how to enhance weapons, armour, etc to win. That was my experience in Dragon Age: Origins. Games like Final Fantasy, although hardcore RPGs in their prime, were too easy when you surpass enemies' ranks.There should be an option for this on all platforms.
@ArminVonLiberty the equal level enemies system is flawed if you arn't really careful with your level ups you start to get really outclassed by your enemies and it just makes the game very frustrating without turning difficulty down, besides that being levels below your enemy makes the game very difficult, so if your going for the sense of achievement factor go into a dragon cove or something like that as a level 5 with only iron gear if you want to feel achieved

Try it.
BronzeRatz 3 months ago
@BronzeRatz You mean, morokei? Yeah, I was only lvl 15 when I fought him, and he almost could one shot me with dwarven armor and stoneflesh on. The fight took forever, with many many potions used. But, I got his mask. One more brick in the dragon priest wall.
onimotoko 3 months ago
@onimotoko He almost 2-shot me @ level 24 with Ebony armour on. I used about 4 potions of vigorous healing and 2 potions of magicka.
BronzeRatz 3 months ago
@BronzeRatz, Looks like you level'd your smithing at an early level causing your offense to be shit and your armor skill to be lowered. Watch too many videos on upping smithing? Try leveling sneak....and almost any offensive skill....Good game dragon priest. Visit the Dark brotherhood. etc. etc. The point is the game gives you equipment to become OP very quickly. You can visit an orc camp at like lvl 2 SW of Riften and get Orcish armor and a weapon.
URockVids 3 months ago
@URockVids For the dragon priest I was a full mage, I have no use for armor and I stick to robes. The second time around, on my other character I was a full warrior with healing and I didn't want to smith at all, so, actually, you're wrong. Sneak is also useless on Dragon priests, so I'm not going to attempt that on my thief character. On a different character, which has 100 smith, I can kill a dragon in two seconds flat, but not a dragon priest. Have you tried killing a dragon priest yet?
BronzeRatz 2 months ago
@BronzeRatz Sneak is the most overpowered skill in the game when paired up with an offensive skill. You can easily sneak up to a dragon priest with a dagger at say 30 damage and do a 30x crit on it, then juke away hit sneak and do it again. That's just one of many possibilities. Bows work better imo b/c with practice the Priest will never know you were there. Warriors have it very easy, enchant a weapon with absorb health and Good Game. Mages are extremely easy with Conjuration. Sum Dremora Lord
URockVids 2 months ago
@URockVids Don't Dragon Priests come out of a coffin, making it impossible for you to get a sneak attack?
BronzeRatz 2 months ago
@BronzeRatz They do come out of a coffin, that's why you trigger the fight then retreat and wait for a sneak attack.
URockVids 2 months ago
@URockVids They always seem to spot me (70 Sneak) no matter what.
BronzeRatz 2 months ago

@onimotoko I got an advance copy from Blockbuster, and beat the main storyline of the game on 11-10-11. XBL: nugfarmer420
I can say unequivocally that;
Skyrim is the easiest of the elder scrolls series.
Dragon priests are easy if you arent a fucking noob. I killed the one in the temple by the shipwreck at level two.
Skyrim's storyline is about as shallow as a childs wading pool.
Skyrim is rpg lite for fps faggots.
BTW Hitler, Daggerfall is the best of TES, not Morrowind(2nd place).
maximumovrlod 3 months ago
@maximumovrlod Because after all, you are the greatest authority on TES anywhere right? I am only interested in what I experienced. I played Oblivion, THAT was easy. Skyrim GETS easy, but only when you finally get to a certain level, and find certain equipment. Towards the beginning though, Skyrim is tough as shit. Dragon priests WILL two shot you, n00b or not. If you though it was easy, you could always adjust the difficulty in the menu, preferably to "youtube troll".
onimotoko 3 months ago
@maximumovrlod HAHAHAHA Skyrim is NOT easy untill the later levels, what dificulty where you playing on?
23045678 3 months ago
@Onimotoko Why would I waste my life posting a video of something completely true? It's like saying, "dude the moon comes out at night!"..."Prove it!" Also, I love how you post your opinion and then when Maximumovrlod does the EXACT same, you call him a troll for just expressing his opinion.
URockVids 3 months ago
@URockVids Or, better yet, why post anything at all? Seeing as how you have nothing of value to contribute.
onimotoko 3 months ago
@onimotoko I have my original opinion. Skyrim is an extremely easy game and again I'm still a fan of the series. The "value" of that statement is up to more than just yourself. If you would like me to teach you how to play the game, send me a message regarding any troubles you are having with this game that makes it so very "hard".
URockVids 3 months ago
@URockVids I am pretty sure I did that already, thus my original posting. But now I am lvl 45 and the game IS fucking easy. But before, in the early lvls, it was a real bitch and a half. I think I can sum up by saying the game IS easy, AFTER you get to a certain lvl. BUT, B4 that, you gotta be ready for some real tough fights. You are free to disagree of course, but the stats speak for themselves. If Morokei can two shot me at lvl 15, then that IS a hard fight. That's all I gotta say.
onimotoko 2 months ago
@onimotoko It only means you build your character in a way that your offense is not good enough to take on the Dragon Priest at that level. That just means you should look at the game more carefully. That's where I disagree. I'm glad the game is easy for you now but the real complaint is: IMO a great RPG is one that has the player finding the epic'd out gear to take on tough enemies later on, not eventually find good gear to become an untouchable killing machine. It makes late game super boring.
URockVids 2 months ago
@URockVids Well considering that I had invested HEAVily in the juggernaut perk(and alteration for ironflesh), even early on, I don't know about that. My heavy armor was VERY f-ing heavy duty. But yes, I do find myself somewhat bored with the fights nowadays. HOWEVER, since I got it for PC, I will hopefully see another obscuro's overhaul mod to increase the difficulty. The one thing I love about Pc gaming, if you don't like the way the game plays, just change it.
onimotoko 2 months ago
@onimotoko Oscuro said the game was perfect as is. I remember reading that.

@URockVids Instead of calling people casuals. Which I'm sure only basement dweller geeks like you find insulting. You should get a life and put the controller down for a few minutes. ;p
photonguy69 3 months ago
@photonguy69 The game was made for Casuals (meaning casual players ) I've been a gamer most of my life, yes, however this game isn't even something that you have to put a lot of time into to make a character that is OP as hell. That was the point of the remark. Just b/c you can not comprehend the game well enough to understand it's VERY simple, doesn't make me a basement dweller. You might want to educate yourself a little more and look at the game again...idk just a suggestion
URockVids 3 months ago
@URockVids Get over yourself kid. Also raise the difficulty level douche. Maybe you should educate yourself ? Just a suggestion.

@photonguy69 I play the game on Master. I still say it's easy. Why should I educate myself? This comment makes zero sense...

There is no deny in this, its blatantly there.
chinchek 3 months ago
@chinchek Even though my player character is a Hybrid-Barbarian, his faction is the Dark Brotherhood, you don't always have to be a sneaky killer to be there. Also, I don't even notice the Fallout features when I play Skyrim to be honest heh, Bethesda has been fans of the Fallout series since after Daggerfall, so I don't really blame them. :)
BlackFrost1728 3 months ago
@Bearpr0n

Suiton1 3 months ago
@Suiton1
/imo
chinchek 3 months ago
@chinchek I didn't disagree with any of that (either being console-ized or dumbed-down), I just said that Oblivion or Skyrim cannot be played by casual gamers because of the time they require.
You need to realize that making games has drastically changed, they now require much much more time & man power, & hence money; that's why they are controlled by current-gen gamers' mindset (which represents purchasing power) & need a larger consumer base. I know it sucks, but that's the reality of it.
Suiton1 3 months ago
@Suiton1
oh sorry i wasnt disagreeing with you, more like staying on your topic and giving my opinionated rant. Thats all =P . I am just glad i have games like Stalker and Arma which feel like PC games to me, small ui, small font, small menu buttons.. etc..
chinchek 3 months ago
@chinchek Call of Skyrim? Really? *facepalm* It is a part of the TES, just accept it, please. If you haven't noticed, Bethesda still makes their games with great passion whether you deny it or not, and they want to share their amazing games with as many people as possible. I liked Morrowind better than Oblivion, but Skyrim tops them both, Skyrim's detail and beauty surpasses Morrowind's (imo). TES is still praised by many PC gamers, and your one of the very few that's complaining, tisk tisk. -_-
BlackFrost1728 3 months ago
@BlackFrost1728
Graphics and Dragons dont make a game, not the same feeling as when you play the Morrowind theme, all those special memories come back to you.
chinchek 3 months ago
@chinchek A lot of Morrowind's and Oblivion's skill features were unnecessary, some were annoying, so I'm glad Bethesda got rid of the unnecessary ones, and Daggerfall was full of bugs, it was great but almost unplayable. Also speaking of laziness, Bethesda isn't, they rewrite everything from scratch after developing a TES game (3-6 years), aim for what will make the next one uniquely different, and a lot of TES fans could agree that they nailed Skyrim.
BlackFrost1728 3 months ago
@BlackFrost1728
You cant deny that, minority still has a voice regardless of what this generations majority of gamers sound.
chinchek 3 months ago
@BlackFrost1728
Again, GRAPHICS and DRAGONS and PERKS dont make a TES game, Daggerfall and Morrowind are top gameplay for TES.
chinchek 3 months ago
@chinchek Well I didn't mention anything about graphics my friend, Morrowind had detail and beauty when you explore as well, more detail then Oblivion's generic looks, but Skyrim surpassed them both with environment designs and the beauty of exploration (imo). Morrowind didn't have the greatest gameplay, it just had a lot of skill features, the combat was pretty crappy, Daggerfall's and Arena's looked better to me. Skyrim offered more satisfying combat and gameplay from my experience.
BlackFrost1728 3 months ago
@chinchek
I learned from Daggerfall and Morrowind that TES is unique, it separates itself from other RPGs. mysterious depth.
chinchek 3 months ago
@chinchek I respect your opinion, I guess it just depends on how we role-play, and by the looks of it you play many kind's of classes. As for I played one unique class since Morrowind which I called a Hybrid-Barbarian, a longsword and frost destruction spells for offense, shield spells and light armor for defense, and I really do enjoy horse riding, which is the only feature I praised in Oblivion.
BlackFrost1728 3 months ago
@BlackFrost1728
I always play an Assassin or Thief role, always :). im having fun in Skyrim, but to extend my concern, i cant keep a TES feeling when there are Fallout aspects in it.

Lets wait and see what its really like.

Hitler is finding out a lot lately...
It's like sports games on a PC, a genre unsuitable for a *keyboard and mouse*.

dk3c46 4 months ago
@dk3c46 There is.. The leveling system is fucked up. As he said, there;s completely no challenge or fun in exploring the dungeons/gathering loot if it scales with your level. Nothing can kill you, as enemies also scale to your level. There's no challenge at all, and that's what makes RPG's so good! The feeling of accomplishment ;)
Morr1992 4 months ago
@Morr1992 I'm pretty sure there's a number of mods that fix the leveling system.

@Morr1992 Okay fine. Some people like the level scaling, and you want it removed. Don't be selfish.
dk3c46 4 months ago
@Morr1992
ArminVonLiberty 3 months ago
@ArminVonLiberty the equal level enemies system is flawed if you arn't really careful with your level ups you start to get really outclassed by your enemies and it just makes the game very frustrating without turning difficulty down, besides that being levels below your enemy makes the game very difficult, so if your going for the sense of achievement factor go into a dragon cove or something like that as a level 5 with only iron gear if you want to feel achieved
