A great bit of advice I got back in the day was that it's like 'catching an egg'... you can't be too ridged when you catch, you have to quickl slow the ball down and absorb it (which he basically mentioned in th video). To me, that was key to catching. A lotta people would try to hold their hands stiff and the ball shot off of them... or they'd try to catch with their pads.

Also, lock the ball away immediately or you're gonna cough it up on your second step.
