This game isn't installed on the iPhone, it's installed on a server and streamed to the device. The server does all of the graphics rendering.

My WoW folder is around 15gb, I doubt anyone would really want all of that on their iPhone.

All this is, is basically a wireless keyboard, mouse, and monitor. He's not connected to the wow server with this, he's connected to a PC that's running WoW and controlling it remotely.

shitty framerate and such a short loading time? I have a pretty nice PC but, that's beating my loading time wtf? and the loot screen seems a bit strange. just my thoughts. don't say that's a fake or something. If it would work great for Iphone users. until I see it in RL it's just a dream :)

11 million registered users doesn't mean that more are playing it than before. The active user count has actually dropped off drastically from where it was early to mid '08. Not nearly as many people are playing it anymore, there are just 11 million registered accounts. I am one of those 11 million, and I don't play this crap anymore.

The 11 million is most likely number of accounts. Some people have 1 account while others have 5, Blizzard doesn't check such things. Same thing with people who have cancelled their subscription, their accounts are only "frozen", ther aren't fully deleted. So yeah I don't think there's 11 million individual people playing the game, it's more likely 11 million accounts.
