If you are in new york, Go to Chinatown Fair, they have this game. And the cool part is you don't have to wait in a long ass line lol :)

Yup i went there today for the first time man! it was fking awsome! i got my LIsence xD i got my ass handed to me by one of their best drivers who played the game sinse stage 3 the guy name is Daren
