I bought the 2011 KIA Forte Koupe that is racey red, w/leather pkg, 2.4L auto6. I get compliments every time I drive it. This car hauls a** on any surface, Corners NP , Turns at Hi-speed, Cruises safley 120+. Women think its SEXY. Normaly I get 350 miles on 12gals. The only thing I could see needing improvement is the AIR, takes to long, makes to much noise and Peter needs to think about how I can keep my woman from getting to wet.
Kia got rid of the coolant gauge which makes the car less SPORTY ... otherwise I think the design is really timeless but contemporary at the same time.
Im sorry did he say SPORTY?.............LOL............I just purchased this CAR and MY Parents LOVES being driven in it....mine is BLACK though with a coat hanger at the back and a sun roof, it is really a smooth driven car, i would say....AWESOME!!! sporty deesign hehehehehe
He is really a turning point in all of Kia. Forte is selling like hot cake in Singapore, Malaysia but I wonder when it will be sold in Indonesia. We need to replace the over flooding of boring Toyota and Honda in our road and taxis. :(

He is sooooo much better than Chris Bangle, he was the reason I bought my A4 after I sold my 325. Chris Bangle was way over rated with all the ugly ass bimmers he designed. Here is a true designer who knows his craft!
People loved it in Egypt too, this is unusal design to come from far eastern countries , koreans or japaness who got us used to their very ugly cars. come on KIA we need more of these wonderful designs by your inspired designer.
Yeah, well not only do I think it is better looking than the ugly spaceship Civic and other cars in the segment, the point is that it works! Besides, how many other cars over the years have been take offs of other designs and no one seems to mind. The very successfull Toyota Mr2 was a complete rip-off of the FIAT X1/9 and it sold really well. The KIA Forte Coupe is very good looking too.

So? Other cars take design cues as well, there is a trend and people follow it. Just because the brand is Kia doesn't mean they need to go look for similar looking cars and claim they copied. Why can't they judge a car by itself? In the end all cars look alike if you squint hard enough. They have a dozen basic taillights, grills, headlights shape, etc to choose from, and its derivatives. Thats why people say this car copied 3 or 4 other cars - its because a lot of cars have common shapes!
