@zippy773 - the breaking thing is real... I can see that - but the forms are not historical forms. They are modern made up forms. Anyone with no martial arts training can buy an Iron Palm Training Kit and develop the skill. But I've been around Classical Arts enough to know that these "Kuen" are not Historical Forms. They were made up within the past 30 - 40 years.
