That man Edmund bacon , at age 92 man, skated, that's right, rode his skateboard at love park when they put their ban on boarding. He did it as an act of protest, and I truly weep at the fact he fought for us man. I'm sixteen and it's that powerful

@JSkating2 Well, he was just doing his job but it is pretty funny :)

He seems like a reasonable guy to be fair, he listened first and used his brain rather than going on a power trip and tackling the guys, cuffing them and asking the questions later. I can appreciate him not wanting to be filmed.. who wants a camera stuck in their face without being asked?

I work right up the street from Thea's Park and skate their daily on my breaks. we here in Tacoma call it "S ledges" cause it's smooth ledges for days shaped in a long S, and a fresh marble manny pad not yet yet created when this video was shot. Thanks guys for knocking off the knobs, you've brung me many good times and lines at that spot.

I was there for all 188 skatestoppers that we removed, then put cement over any holes and eventually built the best manny pad ever! got the stoppers and the sign for memories... all-a-board skateshop in puyallup, WA

@aznheadbanger Yeah dude you totally should. After the skatestoppers were removed, they even put in a marble ledge/manual pad! IT'S A PARK FOR SKATING. Plus there are tons of other spots in the city. The scene is pretty dope.
