Because in this video game(kindom Hearts 2) the little brown lion;which is actually sora,the main character and hero of the Kingdom hearts games,is partners with donald duck and Goofy(the turtle) and they go to the pride lands and meet Simbe,and so on.

It's simple, AceVid. Scar wasn't voiced by Jeremy Irons (his original voice actor from the "Lion King" movie) or Jim Cummings (a very, VERY good substitute). Cummings has voiced Scar before and I don't see why Disney couldn't allow him to voice Scar again, seeing as how Cummings was already voicing 4 other characters in KH2 (Pete, Ed the hyena, Pooh, and Tigger).
