I recently tried to call technical support and after pressing a multitude of numbers it asked me to enter the postal zip code of the area I'm calling from. When I entered it, the response was: "That zip code is not recognized, good bye." click. Same result after several attempts.

I was in a bank once, where they were playing elevator music. I made a phone call and was put on hold. The exact same elevator music was playing on the phone. I was listening in stereo. : )
