    LOVE IT!!!

  • Are these flugelhorns ?

  • @henrids Yes, they are flugelhorns, also known as flugels.

  • I love the way this band makes music change. We're always afraid of change, sometimes agressive about it. And Radiohead succeeded in making us think about it. They make music that you can't understand if you're not opened to change, freedom in music. These guys have more to tell us on songwriting than any of those bands out there. They are the shepherds. We are the sheep.

  • Ok. Seeing Phil play those electronic beats on the pads is pretty cool.

  • This band smokes pot. No?

  • @Zvanunhoft I don't think so. Especially since most of them have kids now.

  • @Zvanunhoft No

  • OMG, there's so much text here it doesn't even look like a youtube page... no clichés, us radiohead fans are awesome, intelligent beings! XD

  • woah...Bloom is amazing live...

  • This is amazing. This is some of the most interesting work they've ever done I think. Seeing them play this on just drums, bass, guitars and vocals is really cool. So unique.

  • just outrageously good. Can't wait to see and hear this in pristine quality. I'm buying the DVD, and I never buy DVDs.

  • I was kind of disappointed with this FTB. The camerawork sucked, everything was really cluttered and there were too many guest musicians. The actual songs are great, but we've heard these versions before (except for Codex and Feral). Didn't really add anything new to the table like IRFTB did.

I really do wonder how they'll play all these songs live without Clive and without the horns. I guess Jonny's gonna be manning the drum machines/obscure 30 year old synths as per usual. Which is good.

  • @FlyingFuckstorm What? We've heard these versions before? I hope you're not referring to Glastonbury, because they were performed after this was recorded. And how did they "add anything new to the table" for In Rainbows from the Basement? In Rainbows was an album that was meant to translate easily into a live setting, so I'm not really sure I know what you're saying.

As for Clive, I think he'll be touring with them, but I'm not too sure. Clive is the man.

Radiohead did a good job IMO.

  • @perfectupper90 I am referring to Glastonbury. You know why I'm referring to Glastonbury? Because Glastonbury happened before this was released, so we heard it before this. Logically speaking. IRFTB had new sounds and versions of all the live In Rainbows songs (Most noticeable on Videotape, House of Cards, Go Slowly etc.) and new, drastically improved versions of old songs (Where I End And You Begin and Myxomatosis namely)

And the cinematography of IR was twice as good.

  • @FlyingFuckstorm I don't really understand what you want them to differently for TKOLFTB. This is probably the first time they performed the tracks collectively. They're probably still trying to get everything down before they go into a different direction. So at least you get to hear high quality versions. And as for IRFTB, I don't think there were very many drastic changes for the songs, with a few exceptions of course. I do agree that the cinematography wasn't as good as the IR session.

  • @perfectupper90 I'm not saying it's the fault of the band in any way. I'm just not was wow'd as I was hoping to be. The King of Limbs in general, while being a good album, was still disappointing for me by Radiohead standards. I think no matter how amazing the live versions are I'm not gonna have my mind blown to space by them considering I didn't have my mind blown by the studio versions.

The fact that I'd already heard these versions from Glastonbury just makes it far less exciting for me.

  • @FlyingFuckstorm Ah, okay. Glad that's cleared up.

  • 3.39 is just so fucking amazing, just unreal how good the entire album sounds live.

  • this is so good.

  • すげーヴァージョンアップだよな。

  • @techblank I don't blame you for liking In Rainbows more. I respect that. But. you say you don't know how they'd play this live. THIS is how it's played live :P

  • @huliheaden

    @TheLordHodne

Thats not what I said. I'm just wondering how good will this album be in a concert. Although I know how they can enrich their songs in concerts. I'm just saying that they're not gonna win any new fans from this album, and thats fine by me. It won't make me like them less or anything. I just think they had a lot of time, since In rainbows which was 2006 to release something better and more lengthy.

  • @techblank this album alone got me into radiohead and they've been my favorite band for the past few months. Everything from Pablo to TKOL is amazing.

  • Great work, man.

  • ... седобородый том .........

  • Wow

  • Utterly amazing!

  • i've noticed they don't focus on Ed much :(.

  • I have mixed emotions about this album. Don't get me wrong I'm a big radiohead fan, but TKOL compaired to In Rainbows is just weak for me. And I can't see how this album is going to work in a live concert.

  • @techblank Did you not watch these videos?

  • @huliheaden

I did. Then I watched once again the previous from the basement sessions. Guess which one I liked the most

  • @techblank

Yea, did u just come here to comment? The proof is right infront of you. They can play this life.

  • @techblank Dude, this performance IS how it would work for a live concert. It's a live performance.

  • to be honest this is like if Talk Talk actually played live one of the songs from their last two albums. i'm actually quite stunned by this.

  • just as effective live when the horns come out of nowhere (maybe even more so)

  • I wish they used piano... oh well. this is jesus too.

  • holy crap, thank you for this

going to get a drink and my pipe and watch every song :]

  • this song is so badass :-)

  • "Don't blow your mind"

    ^ Too late! :O

  • why is Slipknot - Duality a suggested video...

  • LOS ARREGLOS ME RECUERDAN ALGUNA CANCION DE PINK FLOYD

  • Am I the only one that thinks the Glastonbury live version of this is better...?

  • @HighRoad001 nah. i feel you. DAT BRASS THO.

  • Drums kicking in at 3:38 = "(>o<)"

  • This is the best SONG EVER.

  • Fucking amazing.

  • so fucking unreal. i am freaking out. this is the best thing that happened to me in two weeks. ILY Radiohead!

  • For those who said the whole album was just 'computer' music

  • ANAL+

  • omg im in motherfucking awe!!!! AMAZING!!!

  • best song of the young century.

  • @TheAmjab Flugelhorn :)

  • Thanks to whoever has uploaded this gig.

  • i think i just jizzed in my pants.....i'm a girl

  • This song!!!! it's AMAZING!!!!

  • I need this on full quality in mp3 to take with me on my walks.

  • still 0 stupid people

  • Wow, the way the Guitars kick in the end is amazing. Also the horn section in the middle really makes this song. For some reason this album makes more sense live, has anyone listened to Give Up the Ghost its bloody brilliant.

  • Somehow this was my favorite performance out of all <3

  • thanks for upload!

  • i love how the two drummers look so much alike 0.o

  • I love that they're just casually deciding on a set list when the camera's already rolling :')

  • Radiohead is not one band.

    It is THE band.

  • jonny greenwood se volvió un mediocre para este disco

  • @faustogreenwood123 That's where you're wrong friend, Jonny does a LOT MORE than just playing insane guitar solos.

  • @faustogreenwood123 Yeah, I imagine that you really need to be 'mediocre' to write the amazing orchestral arrangements that TKOL have.

  • Brilliant version of Bloom. You guys keep on doing it.

  • the way this is filmed is annoying. the old one kept it so simple so you could keep up with what the hell they were doing. AH. But this version is very nice

  • speechless.

  • wow, that was incredible. that orchestral part in the middle should've made tkol.

  • @leeewo I disagree. Jonny is there to make music. I am pretty sure he loves what he is doing, or he would have backed out already, as they, as they've said before, already have all the money they'll ever need.

  • @huliheaden I'm not convinced that this is the music he would prefer to be making. If you take a look at Phil and Jonny's solo stuff and compare it to Thom's solo stuff, you'll see that Thom is the biggest influence on Radiohead. The Feeling Pulled Apart By Horses single (although written by Jonny but the original version was NOTHING like what was released) is nearly impossible to tell from TKOL stuff despite it being released under Thom Yorke's name...

  • ... I'm convinced that if Thom were to only write lyrics and have no input whatsoever on the rhythms or melodies, we'd not have anything like TKOL to listen to.

  • @leeewo True. But you shouldn't expect another OK Computer by doing that either. I have a feeling that if that were to happen, it would sound like an electronic mix between Hail To The Thief and possibly a bit Norwegian Wood-ish. That'd be awesome though..

  • @leeewo Haha :) I love that they're making the music they want to, instead of just being crowd-pleasers though :P

  • @huliheaden But that's the point. They're not making the music they want to; they're making the music that Thom wants them to.

  • @leeewo Radiohead is made up of 5 people + Nigel Godrich. Everyone has an impact on the final result. They've been out there for what, 18 years?, if Thom was as big of a dick as you say they would have split ages ago. "Give Radiohead fans what they want", , music should be for yourself before anyone else. They're not a corporate whore anymore, they can do as they please and there is nothing you can do about it except go listen to something else. Kid A + TKOL. Forever

  • @leeewo you dont seem to know anything about the history of the band because what you're saying is simply untrue. they've changed their style since Kid A/Amnesiac because they didn't want to continue this generic rock-music thing. i've grown up with rock music but i am very happy radiohead opened their creative minds to other genres because so did i. i'm more interested in electronic music now because it's more modern and has a bigger potential, soundwise, than rock music does nowadays.

  • @leeewo There are plenty of Radiohead fans who want this music, so stop whining. You don't speak for everyone.

  • @leeewo you have a really dreadful misjudged opinion about the dynamics of the band. And if you ever listened to Jonny's Bodysong or read any of his interviews you would know he loves electronica the same way as Thom. If they are doing that music is because the five of them want it. If Thom was a little dictator the band would had been gone years ago, there are no slaves there. Want OKC? Go listen to it. Radiohead moved on years ago (and still as great). Shame some fans are stuck on the past.

  • @TYorkester Well said! Couldn't agree more.

  • @TYorkester Yeah! Johnny's so intense, he programs patches on MaxMSP! I mean, i could never do that.

  • @leeewo Jonny Greenwood is a multi-instrumentalist. I really imagine his face if he listened to you saying he 'hits drums like a gorilla'. It boggles my mind how so closed minded people can say they are 'Radiohead fans'. More like 'OKC fans', really. And I cited their love for electronica but, as this FTB shows prove, TKOL is much less electro e much more jazzy and organic that it seems at first listen. It takes an amazing band to put that album live, and Radiohead is that one band.

  • @TYorkester oh, shut up. hate these pathetic, obsessive Radiohead fans. grow up, have a bit of sense of humor and stop sucking on Thom Yorke's dick for once.

  • @jibblychupos what a pitiful comment, you're wrong in every word there you idiot, I wont disscus with you "do not throw pearls to the pigs" go find another hobby, you suck at trolling

  • @jibblychupos Thom Yorke was getting laid before Bellamy picked up a guitar. Music should never be compared because it can't be seen as a bigger picture in most of the cases, but putting Radiohead against Muse is like putting Aphex Twin against Skrillex

  • @stinkfists462 No ignore that bastard. Everytime somebody talks about muse on radiohead, i fucking swear he's the cause. He's the biggest rhead troll alive dude.

  • @jibblychupos If you're a troll, well played. If not, you're a sad moron.

  • @jibblychupos trolololol

  • perfection

  • You, sir, are a god. This is better than I expected. Canal+ can't stop people from having this. This belongs to every Radiohead fan.

  • the king of limbs is no good.....blahblahblah....how can you like radiohead and not like this???

  • Thank you Radiohead for blowing my mind...once again. =D

  • this is it. First I wasn't sure about TKOL but now I feel that this album is really great.

  • amazing

  • i love how everything just sort of comes together in this song. everything in its right place, radiohead.

  • Killer!

Cleaner mix in order at some point, though!

  • The last 2 minutes of this song is so intense, there is so much passion. It kills me
