Almost 3 times the range of the Volt with no ICE to lug around, negating the point of an electric vehicle in the first place - and all done without a single dime of the Kenyan's - oops sorry - "President" Soetoro's bailout.
I love this car! I want one bigtime. Get a rental or use your gas car for out of town trips. I plan to buy a NET-ZERO solar home to plug this bad boy into so it won't even have a power bill at all..sweet!:)
This car can be stopped by the police - remote - so then can stop you when ever they want. Big Brother IS not only watching you...but also control you TOTALY !!!
You don't need more than 70 miles of range for in-city driving. That is the point of this car. This is a commuter car, meant for going to work, to the store, or wherever. Most people don't travel more than 30 miles a day anyway.
An electric car should be your primary driver. Your other car would be a sports car for weekend fun or a touring car for long trips or both!
Ford's battery pack stores 23kw of energy. Nissan's Leaf battery stores 24kw. Both have a 100 mile maximum range.
