Actually he is. People can deny it all they want but it still won't change that. With the US being the most powerful country in the world and the only remaining superpower left, it makes Obama the most powerful man in the world.
Since when does power mean you can't ask someone else to fight in a war? It's called being smart about not depleting your own resources. And as for WWII, the US never felt like getting into a war anyways until Japan made a stupid attack on Pearl Harbor...and guess what happened after that? The US wiped Japan's butt, two nukes and Japan yelped surrender so fast that their heads were spinning....is that not power enough?
clearly you are not capable of understanding that power is more than constitution...whatever, it's useless trying to explain to someone whose already got their own ideas in their head....
