It may be a little hard to see his face, but the man in the blue suit helping Fred Astaire push that car (0:40) is Ludwig Stossel, who played Italian Swiss Colony's "Little Old Winemaker" in those classic TV ads from the late '50s/early '60s.

@katandbaby I'm afraid it is not on DVD; however, it is on VHS, as I've seen it on ebay a couple of times.

This is one of my favorite musicals. A very underrated gem. It reverses the common happily-after ending. A very Warhol type of cool in this movie.
