Dogs are part of the family in America, and I think that is wonderful, I love dogs!. But, trappers run a much higher level of ethics then pet owners that do not leash their dogs. Regarding wildlife, anyone who cares about wildlife should educate themselves about how domestic pets impact critters. When people find one of these traps in the woods, the best thing to do is spring it with a stick or rock, yank it off any anchoring device, ditch it in a trashbag and dispose of it in the trash can and SAVE an animal's life.

The industry will just demand more money and fur to offset the cost of your regulations. In case you haven't noticed, the fur prices are nearly the same as they were in the 70's. We just harvest more animals to make up for the stagnant prices. It hasn't stopped us, and it won't.

The company will give some of their profits to their employees, who are meat eaters. I take my 2 traps out to the woods. the trap is modified somehow, thats not how it looks when set off. the springs you step on are still down, not up. that means the trap wasnt actually fired off.

It has the dangly metal things with numbers and letter on them that are attached to a metal ring. Well that my friends is what's called a collar!
