my dof just doesnt show up -.- i did every thing you did but it just dicides it doesnt work

I didn't have any luck with this, I suggest folk just use the DOF in the camera set up. You have to drop the f-number down to about 1 (if you want harsh blur) but this causes the light to blow up so you have to increase shutter speed (about quadruple) then set the focus distance to approximately where your point of interest is.

I'm not seeing any DOF whatsoever. My guess is that vray doesn't like physical cam?
