It's not just You Tube...I checked dailymotion and bliptv's "terms of use" policies. The copyright issue and enforcement practices are the pretty much the same. They are all being pressured and indeed, cracking down! Did you know that YT can suspend your channel after 2 copyright infringements? I've had three but they didn't pull my channel! Thinking I might have to remove stuff before they hit me again! Hang in there!

If you have a disclaimer in the video this is not suposed to happen ,. From what I understand.,
This is the first time in two years they stoped it and took off the audio,. on my Nichols Family Video they tryed it but found it was not valid,.
