A) We keep on forgetting that they already slept together somewhere in the past, even if it was just a one night stand

B) It was confirmed by the writers that there IS going to be a kiss in episode 6

C) But I personally think it's not going to lead anywhere; It's obvious Cuddy is distressed because something is happening to the baby and well, people do different things when stressed/anxious/etc.

There is definitely going to be a kiss. Ausiello said it would happen in ep 6, and Lisa Edelstein confirmed it in a later interview with him, she talked about what it was like shooting the kiss.

But im not sure they are going to kiss at the end. The writers will probably pull a stupid stunt and make somebody call with an updating on the case before they kiss..

Or maybe Cuddy will looses they baby (the birthmother won't give it up or the baby dies) and Cuddy will kiss House as some sort of comfort..

Either way it's not going be an entirely happy ending.. but is definitely going to be interesting :D

I'm not completely crazy about house/cuddy, I still like Cameron for him(minus the ugly blonde hair). However, it is about time that House hook up with someone besides a hooker.  And it seems that he must care for Cuddy or he wouldn't be so upset about the baby. I think his reaction is similar to the jealousy he gets when it comes to Wilson. Maybe he would like to have a baby with Cuddy. Poor kid... but we'll see.
