Not really. Anyone who knows the notes can play fast. I could play that fast when I was his age if I knew the song well. The trick is playing with emotion. There are very many young pianists who are even younger then he was and could play with emotion (or at least something similar).

the meaning of being a "whiz" in piano is that you play the piano piece well with passion and it comes from the heart.. playing a piano piece so fast doesn't mean that you are a really good pianist.. i didn't say you're not good.. i'm only saying it's lack of emotions.. but i can see that you can do better than this.. practice playing the first part of this piece in pianisissimo.. take this as an advice.. :)
