In my opinion, whenever a player has an upcoming game, they're fit (excluding injury). I could also argue that 9 games could of left the lions with injuries, and like Tynansd said, if they weren't fit they would of lost, don't try and use that to tell us the lions are bad because of it.
if anything, the lions were going into the test match less fit, because they'd played numerous games every saturday and wednesday before, and the boks had all been together as a squad training at high intensity and preparing against the lions for months before the lions were even selected.

Ireland, Scotland, England, Wales + Republic of Ireland. That's five. Although Ireland play as one country (just for rugby), the situation is rather more complex.
