x.x ehhh, i got a wacom bamboo pen and touch tablet >.> its epic but i suck using it, and i have no idea how to use photoshop and there are no decent tutorials x.x
@ZomgChii :o you reply fast! XD i cant wait to get a graphics tablet! is it hard for me a person who's used to pencil and paper to adjust to it? lol im probably gonna have to use paint when i get it but it will still come out better than when i try coloring with a marker or color pencils. and oh lmao sorry dude i didnt read the description xD it says KH CoM there. My bad.
@Xexal95 Oh I just happen to be online at the same time I got my emails lol. The adjustment from actual media to tablet isn't too bad. At least it wasn't for me. You will develop hand-eye coordination for using a tablet. The good thing about the Bamboo tablets is that they have soft textured surfaces so it's easy to draw on instead of a perfectly smooth surface. Oh and that's ok about the music. These videos are older and I need to update them soon enough^^;
I'm considering buying a bamboo fun tablet. I'm sort of a beginner tablet user, but I've been sketching "paper and pencil" for several years and I'd like to know your opinion on how this tablet measures up to sketching with paper and pencil.
the ting with bamboo fun is that it's a relatively good starter tablet. It's textured with sort of a resistance, but ultimately it won't feel like pen and paper and you will need to practice getting used to it. if your good at drawing in general then it shouldn't really matte what medium u use
Hey there, Im thinking of getting the Wacom Tablet and was wondering something. Is the program your using for the videos the one it comes with? Im talking about the one your using for drawing and painting.
No the program I use is Photoshop CS3. It does come with some bundled software like Photoshop Elements and ArtRage to be able to create works on the computer. ArtRage is pretty good in my opinion.
I know this may seem a a silly question, but did you use a mac or a PC to draw your art? I have a macbook and I just recently purchased Wacom Bamboo Fun tablet since I'm a beginner tablet user but I also loved using digital art programs but I can never find one I enjoyed until I stumbled across the free programs Pencil and Seahorse. They look like they have the same features as the software your using. Have you ever tried any of them? If so, will locking the layer and multiply layers work?
I used a PC with these works. I don't own any Mac computers but I have been looking at one to get sometime. There is a difference with Photoshop between the Mac and the PC version. On a PC, the Photoshop workspace has a grey background for all your documents to go on.
On the Mac, that greyspace is gone which is removed on purpose to compliment the Mac's idea of multitasking and getting to programs faster. I have used free programs and most do support layer locking and Layer blending (multiply)
