you have to buy the new front sam and get working with star diagnosis

If you have the restyling version u need to activated it with star diagnosis, if you have the prerestyling (as me) you have to change the front SAM and use the star diagnosis to enable the function

I have a pre-restyling model (2002). What kind of SAM should I replace it with? With the same SAM but for a restyled model? Can you suggest a source for that? Thanks a lot!

The sam unit has the code A203 545 36 01

you can buy it from mercedes spare parts about 400 euro or I can sell you for 100 euro (I had a crash and my car is totaled so I have unplugged it)
