Well I found after a bit of googling, if anyone is interested it's from Pee Wee Herman's Adventure. To be exact it's the song that plays when he used his breakfast machine. Composed by Danny Elfman, the same person who composed themes for Batman TAS, and sang the infamous Little Girls by band Oingo Boingo.
