  • This looks worse than P90X, which almost killed me. This workout needs a warning label. Nice work.

  • @nappychef35 Thanks! Did you complete the entire P90X program? I never met anyone who did. That is impressive.

  • @Haseeb2 No I did not. I mistakenly thought I was in the same good shape I was in my 20s and almost injured myself with the yoga. I have since had a lot more success following the advice of persons like yourself, the hodgetwins and scooby for the exercise piece. In my channel I am devoted to eating and preparing the best whole foods that are home grown using aquaponics and gardening. Check out the channel.

  • This guys an animal

  • @sz42781 Thank you!

  • horrible technique swings

  • @Reiben1972 For you, yes. But for me, as I stated in the video there is a reason why I do them this way. I have been doing swings like this for years and have yet to run into any problems. In doing the swings the traditional way, I developed frozen shoulder and everytime I try to return to doing it the traditional way, it causes me problems. Effacacy is much more important that technique. This is not about me pleasing others, this is about me doing what works best for me.

  • dam ur a bad dude like it very much

  • @wizard101help1 Thank you! You are welcome to come to my dojo any time to instruct me and sensei on how to punch properly. Furthermore, since you claim I have no muscle this workout must be a cake walk to you and the others who actually have muscle.

  • Sorry but my english skills are kinda limited... In the first exercise you do it that way to avoid shoulders to keep going onwars and to keep them back or at least straight and in them original and natural position?

My higher back and shoulders are really way onwards (forward) due to my bad body position and for working more than 8 hours in front of computer . Can you recomend an exercise for trying to get my back and shoulders in the natural position again? Thank you very much!

  • @kawaim0m0 The best advise I can give you is to practice good posture as much as possible. This is a problem I have been dealing with as well. Exercises like pushups, hot potatoes and any other exercises which emphasize proper shoulder alignment are excellent. Just be mindful of when you are rolling your shoulders forward and correct it. I hope this helps. Thanks for responding to my video.

  • excellent stuff. your videos never fail to inspire

  • @lemming124 Thank you!
