  • OMG! So funny!

  • @prossfoster - I agree with you. It takes REAL TALENT to be funny without being dirty. Today's so-called "comics" can't do it.

  • Haha, wish I had an optimist too, but I prefer my eyes blue as they are, though...

  • He got his comedic career started right here in Toronto,Canada. He was called the Canadian Comic, something like that...then after he became more established he returned to the states.True fact.

  • @prossfoster: AMEN!

  • Wow i love Red.. is just amazing .... unbelievable I have to take a 2nd listen, i can't believe what i herd the first time. or felt ... if she let you do that don;t you know... Doyen

  • I loved how he made himself laugh! You KNOW it had to be good...lol

  • Agree with you prossfoster

  • @prossfoster i totally agree with you, and i'm glad someone else shares my view. :)

  • I agree with you 100%. Those were the days.

  • I love this man's comedy..... he was one of a kind... RIP Red

  • I love his face expression when he turns the pages, make me wish I could sit in the crowd and watch him.

  • Dear Prossfoster, I agree with you 100!% I don't anything funny in today's idea of movie and tv comedy..where everyone thinks that swearing, hate promoting and showing abusive and disrespectful families is brilliant comedy.I'd rather watch the movie and tv comedies of the past.

  • It's interesting, Red actually got his start in Canada, Montreal I think it was.

  • 4:27 in a joke red says, "are we gonna make a run for it or stay here and out number them/!!!!" now there's a thought! (oh but we cant we have to be like sheep to the slaughter because IT IS WRITTEN!! wait a minute who wrote it again? are we going to repeat what germany did to the jews?)....sorry back to red ahahah...will the reincarnation of red please stand up!) you know im just messing with a bunch of ideology here on sunday morning thinking about my grandpa and red in montana....

  • During recitation of"Frogs".."Clem Kadiddlehopper"(Red)would start laugh and he'd tell the audience at this concert"Don't get me laughing or..You'll never get out of here!".

  • Red Skelton was a true comedy genius. It just goes to show you that you don't have to be filthy to be funny. Thanks for posting.

  • Brought tears to my eyes as I remembered this show as my Mom and I watched it and laughed for years.

  • Where did you get this? I have been trying to find this DVD for YEARS!?

  • in my opinion, this was when funny was really funny. todays so called comedy shows suck. you have to have cursing and swearing and filthy it seems to be funny. I'd rather watch re runs of red skeleton or Carol Burnett; or the Dick Van Dyke show, than watch any of todays so called comedy shows.

I know many won't agree with me, and I could care less----if you need filthy language to make you laugh----shows where your heart is

  • @prossfoster, I agree, funny without being filthy. :)

  • @prossfoster Well said! Nobody made people laugh and smile like Red Skelton and all his zany and so very fun characters!

  • @prossfoster Therre was only one I didn't mind using feelthy (sp.?) language: Richard Prior
