i have a question - when u capture a pokemon whats it EV's does it start at 0 or does it have them already?

e.g. you caught your axue at lv 31 does it have EV's already compared to a axue at level 1 were it has 0

i was looking up some poke's and was looking at hydreigon, thinking about move sets, thought dark pulse would be good. but the only way i could figure out how to get it that move was to breed weavile (lv 51) with scraggy then to deino. does anybody know a simpler way of giving it that move (w/o pokesav)?

@shadowsa2b There is a simpler method but it requires you to have a 4th gen game (DPPt HgSs). Then, dark pulse was still a tm so you can teach it to Male arbok or serviper. Then use poketransfer to transfer it to BW to breed with a female Hydreigon. The child would have the egg move Dark pulse. It would be easier I guess.

Just to let you know, when you beat the #8 Gym and then go to fight the Elite Four, make sure you grind all your Pokemon up to Level 50 at Route 10 by running past the first patch of grass until it starts shaking, then go to it and you should be fighting a pink and sand-coloured Pokemon (some times it's not the Pokemon I'm reforing to). You'll get a lot of exp. from it, esspecially if your Pokemon has the Lucky Egg on. Hope this helps!
