It's also interesting that none of the new start-ups are using the break-away model for their comp plan. Simply because any comp plan that requires you to enroll more than two (width) today is just too difficult for most people and it doesn't help anyone else (except yourslf) in your group when you enroll more than two. He started a couple of failed ventures thats true then he joined Legacy and then he joined Oxyfresh and now he has joined Qivana Mark is a great guy and a hoot to speak with and is a awesome networker. Dave said "never" but yes of course people leave a company but that happens in every company. That said Nuskin has heaps of old timers.
