I have not eaten at a taco bell in years. Most fast food places do not wear gloves when they make your food. I think anyone that makes food for you at a fast food establishment should be wearing gloves, changing them frequently and washing their hands often. I don't want to eat food that has been prepared by sweaty, urine infested, greasy, hands a few times during my transaction at the drive through or waiting in line at the cashier area.
