Personally these lyrics speak to me more than any Breaking Benjamin song, or really any song, has in the past, both because I'm very passionate about the idea of a person staying unbendingly true to their principles even if they have to say fuck the world (shut the world away), or even have to "take the path that leads to nowhere" and stay true even in a hopeless situation. Also it doesn't help that the lyrics of most of BB's songs are very cryptic, though in Phobia it was a better.
