Hasn't the Supreme Court found that a Natural Born Citizen is one who is born with their citizenship rather than obtaining it through a process of naturalization? According to the State Department (before King Obama took office) American Citizens having children abroad are able under certain rules allowed to endow their children with citizenship.

Did you even read the article? The document produced by the President is the only one issued by the State of Hawaii when a birth certificate is requested. It can be used to obtain a passport or any other document for which a birth certificate is required. The 1960s document is held by the authorities and not released. Furthermore, every challenge to the document produced by Obama has failed in the US courts. You should really do some research before making outlandish claims.
