@sukrino No she hasn't. Since 1956 by joining to NATO Turkish Army organized as a defense force against Soviets and Warsaw Pact. Main task was to hold the southern front as long as we can.. to spare time for other southern members to get prepared and organized firmly against the threat.
A local defense force never needs such gigantic carriers which are not safer than the land air bases and those mainly used for long distance assault operations.
