  • hey brothr...i gt a query...yr mjhe hamesha se ye bhot bda doubt hai dat will our shoulders wud be FLEXIBLE enugh aftr wrking out shouldrs nicely lyk u showd (whch is definitly d best...esp d side by side doing it...it really helps d core..d othr guy really doesnt know a lot abt it)...so shud i do more STRETCHING coz i really dun want it to be STIFF...

    You DEFINITELY shouldn't workout your shoulder on a daily basis.

    ONCE is week is enough and if your an advanced bodybuilding then twice a week.

    remember muscle doesn't grow when you workout, it grows when it rests.

  • @KammTheTrainer im gonna have to disagree cause ive done full body workouts everyday with a day of rest followed by cardio and ive gotten some pretty good results

    When you do your full body workouts, your doing just minimal workouts.

    You would get better results by separating your muscles and exhausting.

  • when i try the single arm dumbell press i always imbalance

  • @kochiyose12 yup by doing single arm shoulder press you work on unilateral strength ( one side of the body ) which activates more core ( abs,obliques,lower back) and stabilizing muscles,unilateral movements are great for correcting muscular imbalance....regards raghav :-)

  • I see you have barbells for your upright row. Why don't you use that instead of doing handstand press? Don't make it too hard for people looking for simple instructions. And did you just mention to do these shoulder exercise everyday? What gym are you training at?

  • @rengiesuerte Hey man thanks for watching.. 1) I use both hand stand press and upright row because handstand press is a vertical push up movement and upright row is a vertical pull movement 2) I never said do these exercises everyday although i did say do these exercise on regular basis ...hope this clarifies your doubts .....regards raghav

  • hi ive a question on Shoulder PRess ( single double seated) Lol i always feel like im using my upper back or some other body part too much. the only time a press works for me is military press. am i doing something wrong?

    for instance when i do seated presses, my lower back arcs leaving a big gap between it and the becnh thx
