  • It hurts to see talent wasted by drugs.sly was soooo talented and its so sad to see what he is now. I wish he never touched drugs

  • He lost everything!

  • @lonlywolfish He is still a genius so not everything. Also looks like he is having a good time. How many people can say that ?

  • The pretty little lady with the black and white eyemask next to him...why that's his daughter, the beautiful,an also talented Baby Stone...Novena Carmel.

  • well-like it when he can still get down---and all the others playing with him--he loves interaction---

  • Go Sly! Just an incredible voice. Still sounds great!

  • @shaaronie Yeah still funky and he is such a genius. Cool keeyboards by sly too and whoever is doing the bass is doing a great job.

  • There will never be another Sly.

  • Sly wrote more great music than most modern hacks could dream of.

  • Wow! This song is calling him! Sly sounds exactly like his old song, even with the slower tempo!

  • MY HERO ! !

  • We all have our demons! Thank you Sly for giving me so many wonderful moments of your music!

  • Bad, bad , bad...

  • He`s really just a sad shell of his former self. I remember a show that he appeared on within the last year when he couldn`t even sing or play, he just stumbled out with a ridiculous mohawk haircut and left without singing a note or playing a note. This was a man that was as talented as anyone in the 70s. Drugs have totally ruined his life. Shame........

  • @pilesovinyl I understand. Sly & The Family Stone,Rare Earth,Three Dog Night,Etc. It's sad they all sound burned out vocally from even what they sounded like in their 1980's comebacks let alone the 1970's. The 1980's was the last we would ever hear of them sounding like the real original singers we know them as.

But Sly and them will still be the best and the 1950's,1960's,1970's,and early 1980's up to 1984 will still be the best era of music ever in my book.

  • It seems that he's having fun as well as everybody in that concert, he's just the best!

  • looks like sly's still self medicating after all these years.

  • He can barely sing now he's so old, he's all over the place. Obviously still passionate though.

  • watchin this dude never gets old.he's still one of the greats...

  • cool

  • WICKED!!!!
