Just saw this on the dvd for Maddin's 'The Saddest Music In the World' film. I laughed hysterically. Especially love it when the old man parks his bike using the ass crack of one of the guys as a bike rack! ahahahaha, tff!

You bring up an excellent point: I, too, noticed the shots were done with different cameras and black and white film stocks, thereby causing a different resolution for each. One of the cameras must have been very old because Guy apparently did not try to get the dust out of the lens, which is somewhat annoying yet artful when it shows up in several frames. Needless to say, leave it to Guy to show a shot can be done with mismatch cameras, film stocks, resulting in an entertaining little film.
