That theme came from when they both used to be in a stable together called Pretty Mean Sisters. After the team broke up, they both kept using that theme until around 2001, when Jacqueline had it remixed a little bit, while Terri abandoned it altogether.

Because for years he was the "heel" commentator and JR or Micheal Cole was the "face" commentator. They dropped that whole side for wrestlers thing a couple years ago, them being really serious about it anyway. King now plays more of a unbiased commentator now.
