It really shouldn't be called a 1 minutes cake considering how long it takes to mix together! Cooking time is one min., but prep time is a lot longer.
id suggest only making it if you plan to eat it right then and there, otherwise it gets hard and dries out. but you can have the dry and wet mixture all ready to go then mix them a few minutes before you need them if you want. hope this helps

Is it strong enough to hold icing?
What about gastrointestinal disturbances?
