On January 4, 2008, the Judges of the Supreme Court of the United States, in conference, voted to deny the Petition for Writ of Certiorari in the landmark Right-to-Petition case We The People v. United States. On January 7 the Court issued its Order denying certiorari. To fight a corrupt government, or "judicial system" within it own courtroom, with its own justice system ,has got to be the dumbest thing iv ever herd.
I had the HONOR of personally serving the papers requesting redress of grievances prepared by the "We the People foundation" to my Congress rep. (at the time) Barney Frank last summer, and of coarse received absolutely no reply whatsoever. Which only made me more active... ! Thanks Bob and everyone else involved !! For the rest, GET INVOLVED ! Silence is a sign of agreement.
The Government must feel they're above the law and don't have to answer to anyone! That's a lot of bunk! We voted them into office to vote for US! And stand by US! And do for US! They put their pants on the same way as you and I and are no better! The only thing they have is a better paying job. But why should they be paid when they shirk their responsibilities?
This is not the the country that it portrays itself to be and no one will have their state constitutional rights if they do not domicile themselves as state citizens and stop calling themselves united states citizens.
STOP THE THEFT BY DECEPTION NOW by signing the Petitions for Redress. They'll be served PERSONALLY to the President and all 435 Congressman and all 100 Senators this Monday, June 30th. Constituents from each of the 535 Congressional districts are scheduled to legally serve them at each of their district offices. THIS IS BIG! There are over 75,000 petition signatures so far. I have the answer. Do what I do. Claim a rediculous amount of dependants on your w-2. They will not get your money. If they investigate, your argument will be that you will be breaking the law to aiding and harbouring illegals by supporting them with your tax money. I know that they know. But they don't want you to know. So they ignore it. But now you know. hee hee hee!
Our representatives took an oath, same as all our men and women in the military, who are at this very moment, upholding and adhering to their oath, which they took VOLUNTEERLY, AND have paid THE ULTIMATE PRICE to protect the CONSTITUTION of THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!
