Corel PainterIX as the credits say.

Do you get that program when you buy Vista? If you do get it with it, I'm assuming you have to get the Home Premium to have it.

I'm very sceptical about that it would come with Vista. But it's an fairly cheap program ( I bought mine at 90 euros with the student licence) And I'm not sure if it's compatible with Vista cos I run it @ XP / MacOSX.
I thought your computer was a Vista because of the start menu.
you can run it on vista but..Painter X is more compatible with vista
