When Bruce was living I think he taught his entire family martial arts. Think he passed when his daughter was quite young but she still knows martial arts. I can't help but envision a family dispute with all of them- Bruce, his wife, son (and maybe not Shannon yet) all circling around each other in a martial arts stance. Of course, we all know Bruce would win, but you know he would not really hurt his family (I hope). If it ever happened he would probably be thinking the best way to stop it.

I think when Bruce talks about expressing yourself through martial arts. I think to some degree he means to say: Channelling your energy and your emotion into what you do. To make it your own completely. Not just physically but in both mind and body. You may say it's how a person executes a technique, but really to just channel all of your being and way of thinking into what you're doing is what's key.
