I think its for real. She wipes her leg, not scratches it. and twice, and then rubs her hands together. She is also very shaky and spacey after she wipes. She is either A nervous, or B freaking out, and trying to continue with her speech. Shortly after you can also see her squeeze her legs together. And at the end of her song she wipes her legs together.. then hauls butt off stage as soon as shes done lol. i really hope its fake but i doubt it. it really grossed me the heck out, and im a girl.

@TheDayBeforeYewCame well the video is kind of far away, and the blood isnt red, so its harder to see. I agree with you though. I didnt actually see the blood besides the photos but i really do think it is real from her mannerisms lol. Poor girl, i feel bad, but damn. lol. Otherwise, i think she did a good job on the song, a few parts were dragged out and unnecessary, but she can for sure hit those high notes.
