I never used steroids and I am naturally 110kg. I am an endomorph/mesomorph. I believe it is possible to get up to 150kg without steroids. I think steroids would benefit ectomorphs like him the most. They don't benefit guys that are naturally big unless they want to be over 200kg :S

The host of this interview is an ignorant individual. His questions are derogatory and condescending. You can tell his judgments are based on what he's been fed by media. Shame on you for putting markus on the spot. Never ask questions like that. Why didnt you ask questions like, how much dedication is required, why do you consider bodybuilding the hardest sport in the world etc etc..

Nothing agains Ruhl personally. He seems like a nice guy. But professional bodybuilding is a sick sport. Defenitely not healthy. All pro bodybuilders use steroids. Even Ruhls wife used steroids when she competing. Steroids are a drug. You get hooked because if you stop, you will get much smaller.

Markus English has really improved since I saw an interview with him the last time. One of my favorite bodybuilders, unfortunately the guy interviewing Markus has no idea about bodybuilding. You never ask a bodybuilder if she or he does steroids, it's a huge part of the sport and most people are ignorant about the sport as a whole.
I wish Markus would attend Mr. Olympia again, he is just the freakiest guy ever, huge and shredded beyond belief.
