Good idea! . We should not have the "kids" take responsibilty for there actions. If they dont agree with rules or laws they dont apply to them right. Ignore the rules without consequence. If the police, teachers or anyone tries to enforce rules it is harrasment right. The officer was enforcing the rules. If he didnt like the rules he should have simply left or wore a helmet like it says in the rules. the best thing that can happen is the delinquent be charged to the fullest extent of the law.

@krauser65 Your friend is okay in my book. Your friend should have had complied with the rules, but it wasn't like a felony was commited. That is how the badge heavy cops acted, like your friend committed a felony. i hope your friends parents took appropriate legal actions.
