It's originally part of a 10 second sketch that I made for fun where Mario walks up to a bunch of boos partying. The boo tells Mario to go away as it's a boo only party. Boo goes and gets a Boo Mushroom to turn him into a boo but he looks like a complete fool so the boos pull that face.
