  • deng that tiger knows how to fight. hahaa he dodged the antelopes horns and bit him in the back of the neck. hahaha freakin smart. lol

  • in 2 years we will see real battles in africane savana!

    Tiger VS Lion !!

  • fuck it, why don't they just let the tiger in the amazona instead of south africa?

  • @nasermeter

Its because South Africa provides land, game, and expertise needed to save the critically endangered South China Tigers. Furthermore these tigers will be sent back to China to be released after their training is over. We have no intention of releasing them in Africa. =)

  • Why release these back into china when Africa is prob the safest place for them as of now? Let's try to save em wherever we can. No matter what kinda sanctuary they build in Asia, poachers are always gonna find a way around.

  • @bowler45

You are very right. That's one of our very main concerns too.

  • its zoo tigers..dont know how to hunt.. take original wild bengal tiger into africa.

  • @thengamam

South China Tigers are EXTINCT in the wild, that's why we are saving them. That's why we have no choice, but to send them to South Africa from Chinese Zoos are to rewild them and one day send them back to China. If we bring wild bengal tigers..... what's the point of "rewilding"? =)

  • dumb ass !!!! these are the baby tigers, the owners train them how to hunt in withg new experiences.

  • chinks possess no form of compassion for an animal and non chinese, remember that.

  • So many haters commenting in this video. Save the tigers.

  • there are going to be wild ligers and tigons in africa

  • Teamwork.... Lets get it together...

  • whats with the silly music man?

  • @hashpuppy101

Its a donation from King Henry VI School in London to us, lots of hardwork and effort dedicated from the students in that school. A donation to us, one which we appreciate very much. Please do not criticize it. Thank you.

  • The Chinese have decimated this beautiful animal for millennia! Too late to try to recover centuries of slaughter! All that is left to the world, crying and slowly see the demise of these magnificent animals ...

    =(

  • It seems hard to teach them like a real wild mother Tiger would, but hopefully they are better now.

  • And this is a good idea ...why? The tiger's presence is obviously a destabilization of the region's ecosystem. What about the organism that occupies the original niche that you're attempting to (temporarily) fill the tiger in? How about the decrease in local antelope (and other potential prey's) population? Saving the South China Tiger? How about saving the remaining cheetah population that is already crippled by inbreeding? This isn't helping.

  • @o0ohahahao0o

Firstly. Please do understand that the land which is used to established Laohu Valley reserve, was originally 17 defunct Sheep farms. There were no healthy ecosystem in that land, no animals at all. With the tigers brought in, blesbucks and wildebeests from other reserves are brought in too. The Tiger act as the top predator in this reserve, and the prey population has been stable. There were no antelopes in these land, now there are hundreds of them.

  • @o0ohahahao0o

Laohu Valley reserve was built from 17 defunct Sheep Farms, which has no healthy habitat or even wildlife. So there is no healthy eco-system to begin with. We are bring in Antelopes, blesbucks, wildebeests, aardwolves, AWDs, Cheetahs and other animals into the reserve and to re-create a reserve. right Now, Tigers are used as top predator, hence they actually help balance this eco-system we created out of nothing. =)

  • oooo poor tiger traing how to hunt

  • COME AT ME BRO!

  • And last, dont think Im trolling. I really do care about those tigers, I am an extreme animal lover. Its just its horrible to know that they're teaching tigers to hunt animals even though those animals dont even live in china. Its like mis-educating the tigers. And its ruining the south african environment by introducing animals that are so supposed to be on a completley different continent!

  • @AfricanWildDog54

Dear AWD54, one of our experts, a leading expert on African Predators and of course AWD, Gus Van Dyk gave an advise to the team. That is that If a tiger can hunt in the savannah of Africa, they can adapt well to the forested areas of China. Tigers are highly adaptable animals which ranged acrossed the snowy mountains of Siberian, the grasslands of Southern India, The tropical rainforest of South East Asia and even the Desert of the Caspian Sea area.

  • Not to mention the tigers wont even be hunting african game all the way up in china in the first place! Train them to attack animals they will actually see up there in china, not to attack animals they wont even be hunting. I felt so sorry for that antelope, its victim to a project that trains tigers to attack animals they wont even be hunting. Train them to hunt south chinese animals. I cant stress enough how upset I am.

  • @AfricanWildDog54

As long as the tiger are able to hunt, they will adapt well when sent back to China. Please do note that Africa provides Land, expertise and game for the tigers. In China, there is no such large areas for such large scale rewilding programme. That is why South Africa is chosen. Or do you rather we wait, and allow these tigers to be locked in China's Zoos all their lives? If we chose to wait, till now, no South China tigers will learn how to hunt.

  • @SAVECHINASTIGERS why bring them back to china ? when they can prosper in Africa

  • @ThisIsDynamic

This is because.... South China Tigers are native only to Southern and Eastern China, not to South Africa. Yes, they may thrive in the wilderness in South Africa, however they do not really belong there. Conservation is about saving a species in its Natural habitat. Hence, it is our goal to save them in China. Of course the main concern is to ensure that they survive(no matter where they are). Thank you for your concern and support! Ideally they can live wild and free at home.

  • @SAVECHINASTIGERS yes of course but i believe they are nearly extinct in china for a real reason, their new habitat for the future in my mind should be South Africa.

  • This is some real bull. They're training tigers by letting them attack animals that dont even live in south china! Dont think im critizising China because I am part Chinese FYI. But still, the antelope wouldnt even know what the heck a south china tiger is, it wouldnt be very well at defending it self against something its never even seen before. I mean really. Its ruining the south african food chain and environment.

  • why are there tigers in africa. They only exist in Asia, India, and Southeastern Russia.

  • @mellamop00gy

Please do read the video information or do some research. =)

This is a project to attempt to save the South China Tiger, which are already extinct in the wild. They are being sent from Chinese Zoos to South Africa to train and to learn how to hunt and survive before being released back into China. South Africa was chosen due to their experience, expertise, wild land and plentiful game.

  • SHITT ;-(

  • tiger was playing with him .. !

  • Retarded Music!!

  • @EgyptianGraphite

This music is donated to us by King Henry VI school, please do not criticise it.

  • @SAVECHINASTIGERS Just because its free doesn't mean its good. If you think about it, if it was worth anything it wouldn't be free.

  • @SAVECHINASTIGERS i could have donated music more relevant if you asked me

  • On the video it is a blesbock (antelope of South Africa) patient, because this antlipe, run(roam) faster than ca generally she can reach, 70 kph against only 50 kph for tigers (what is deja rapids). It is the fan of tigers who went up the video, thus he has took their best hunting, know that before, they made at least between 5 and 10 hunt failures.

  • @03creAtif03

Well, Tigers have a high percentage of errors. The title of this video is "conquering" an antelope, hence we uploaded a video of a success hunt. What's wrong with it?

We are not random fan of tigers, we are a conservation organisation called Save China's Tigers, and our goal is to attempt to save the critically endangered south china tigers from extinction. This shows the progress of these captive bred tigers, which have been rewilded.

  • they are playing u fool!!!!!

  • they are playing fool!!!!!

  • when it gets across lions i'tll be tha last you've sen of this tiger...

  • @shawaiqqa

Hello there, this is very untrue, because over 80% of the experts worldwide, even those involved in our project has defined the Tiger as the strongest cat, and most experts favor the Bengal or Siberian Tiger against the lion in a fight.

  • @SAVECHINASTIGERS true the tiger is the strongest cat, but the lion is a better fighter and a faster killer, lions spends the first few years of there life learning how to fight and kill and they are more aggressive cos there style of life is harder, but as of a body strength the tiger is stronger, i was watching the animal plant the other day lol

  • @eakiboz

Well, aggression cannot be accurately measured or indicated, there is no scale or units to measure aggression. A Tiger can be more aggressive than a lion any given day, vice versa. Lions DO NOT spend the first few years of their life JUST learning how to fight. They play-fight and play hunt with their siblings and other members of their pride, Tigers do almost exactly the same with their siblings.

Do not trust everything you watch on the TV. =)

  • watz with the music\

  • This had the worst background music I have ever heard, totally killed it.

  • These are domesticated tigers which were released into the wild. I saw the programme where they get trained to hunt as they have never done so before!

  • i wish there was a little more justice in this world , why wasn't that tigers head snatched off his shoulders ????

  • tigers are SO overvalued.... I like Lions, Leopards. Jaguars, Pumas. Chetaahs, Lynxes, domestic cats, much more than tigers...

  • @RadianteXY

These are South China Tigers, the most endangered feline alive today, they are extinct in the wild, and around 60 are left in captivity!

Tigers are the world's favourite animal in a poll conducted recently, they are popular and are able to capture people's imagination. Tigers allow people to understand that we are not at the top of the food chain.

Everyone has their own preferences, but it seems that most people prefer tigers over other animals. =)

  • @SAVECHINASTIGERS I would not be so sure they are the #1 in the people's favour.

You like or not, Lions are the kings, symbol of strenght and brave. Leopard are so beautiful and elegant. Ghepard are the fastest. Pumas are so noble and fascinating... For me, tigers aren't #1 in any classification...

Show me these polls. I am sure they were made in China or Asia anyway.

I do love tigers too... and I really hope they wont disappear!! Just, for me, they are not the #1 in any classification...

  • @RadianteXY maybe, just siberian tigers are #1 in size among cats... but... I don't see why this should be something important... lots of animals are really bigger...

  • @RadianteXY Sorry, I am wrong: Ligers are really bigger XD

  • @SAVECHINASTIGERS Besides, I think that tiger-fans are so stupid and ridiculous when they exagerate so much...

  • china tigers??? they seems like INDIAN TIGERS

  • @rodtorre7

They are not Bengal Tigers, they are purebred South China Tigers recorded in the Studbook. South China Tigers are much smaller than Bengal Tigers, have broader stripes, have more orange coat and a longer snout. =)

  • @SAVECHINASTIGERS

oh ok i knw the difference between siberain and india tiger....

chinese tigers looks cool too they seems bit lighter in shade..how many of them left? indian tiger less than 1400 only

  • @rodtorre7

Bengal Tigers have the largest population in the wild today, with an estimated population of 1200 - 1500.

South China Tigers on the other hand, are the most endangered feline today. It is EXTINCT in the wild, and only around 60 of them are left in captivity(all in China). All these 60 zoo tigers are descended from just 6 wild-caught founders caught 50years ago, and for the last 40years, no one has seen a wild south china tiger.

They are the most endangered animal today.

  • @rodtorre7 chinese tigers dicks r about 3 inches while siberian and indian tigers have of normal size, and as far as african tigers are concern, they have huge..

  • @1984dawood

hahaha there no african tiger haha

  • brave deer figt till death..........

  • the music leaks some respect for the dear

  • THIS ABSOLUTE CRUELTY. WHOEVER BROUGHT THESE TIGERS TO AFRICA AND WHOEVER VIDEO'D THIS TAPE ARE BLOOD THIRSTY SAVAGES!

  • @paultineg You're just unbelievable.

  • @paultineg i agree..stupid ppl

    tigers dont belong in africa

i hope they ge killed there

  • @Sora1euri2 u hope they get killed.......there are liek 400 left in the wild and where they do belong they are hunted down ur such a idiot

  • @Sora1euri2

Thank you for your concern. Please do understand that these are South China Tigers, experts claim that they are extinct in the wild. Around 60 of them are left in Zoos, all in China, descended from just 6 individuals.

We need to train them and make sure they can hunt before releasing them back into China. Africa is chosen because they have expertise, experience, prey items and land which China does not have. Africa is a better place for Tigers to learn how to hunt, than in China.

  • @SAVECHINASTIGERS

once in the wild, wont chinese people hunt them ?

  • @sakal88

Yes, Chinese once hunted them, till extinction. They are not extinct in the wild, and only around 60 of them are left in captivity... all in China zoos.

  • @sakal88

in the past yes. They(the chinese) have sanctuaries for tigers now. European lions were hunted to extinction by Europeans. The chinese weren't as aggresive as the europeans were towards animals, dude. This is 2010. Wake up.

The reason they made this park is because this type of tiger(south china) is extremely endangered. The sanctuaries in China mostly are helping the Siberian tigers(northen asiatic tigers).

  • @Sora1euri2 WHY WOULD YOU WANT THEM TO GET KILLED ASS WIPE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • dont ever mess with a tiger! if it was lion it wud have given up already!

  • @tigersoup A lion would have done it alot faster. Tigers are great but not in Africa.

  • @omfggoogle there new to africa they cana dapt -.- where there from its grassy and these werent raised in wild from what i kno so they are probably excellent hunters now

  • @r0meyrome Maybe they can adapt but they dont blend in too well.

  • @omfggoogle

Please understand that these are South China Tigers, one of the smallest subspecies of Tigers alive today, with an average weight of 150kg for adult males, smaller than your average African Lion.

Furthermore, these video depicts 2 two-year old tigers, whom has no hunting experience whatsoever, hence they do not really know how to takedown his blesbuck.

To compare wild lions, to these captive bred, 10th generation south china tigers is not the smartest idea.

  • @SAVECHINASTIGERS Im just saying whats true.

  • @omfggoogle you cant say that just yet because these were 2 tigers that never hunted for there own

  • wowwwwwwwwwwwwww a lion would of killed it sooooooooooooo quick fuck a tiger

  • Good video but the music is retarded. There is no need for this moronic music while watching a tiger kill its prey.

  • Now i understand why LION is called the king of the jungle.

  • @teaser2233 to bad it isnt

    tigers wreck lions

  • is this the rewilding project? it was a sham

  • damn tigers must have travelled 6000 miles from asia to SA...just for some juicy ass deer!

  • THIS VIDEO IS MADE BY ME

  • salak kendi kaşındı

  • i hate when tigers do that

  • these are young tigers

  • @killamanmom them noob tigers. Still learning how to hunt.

  • tigers in Africa? The poor antelope has a broken rear leg and has had several bites all over his body and clawed and still has a will to survive by fighting off that tiger, any of us with a broken foot or arm would probably have gone into shock by now. Nature is cruel yet beautiful at the same time.

  • When large ungulates are virtually extinct throughout much of East Asia (due to poaching & grazing competition), you wonder why the tiger population has become so thin, making them extremely vulnerable to extinction due to human-induced mortality (e.g. poaching).

If China has 1/10 the game population density of Africa, the tigers wouldn't be so vulnerable to extinctin due to poaching.

  • @milvipes

The day when Chinese auto insurance starts to cover deer collision damage, is the day when South Chinese tigers are ready to be released into their native range.

  • hmm landscape and deer looks like african not sure how tigers ended up there. I wish you had not used this music it kinda ruins the whole video and its essence. Poor deer was brave enough to put tigers to work for their meal.....go deer!

  • so sad that tiger died...

  • lions are better hunters

  • wtf why are these tigers in africa?

  • annoying music

  • how did the tigers get there

  • some american zoo keepr called dave samon and his friend tried to start a tiger park in south africa to apparently conserve, they got two cubs a brother and sister from a zoo,and tried to teach them to hunter,if you type living with tigers wiki in ggoogle search you will find the story there, those the experiment was consired floss because the tigers were a mixture of bengal/siberian,the tigers ended up mating with each other yet they were siblings

  • @tigerbeast777 Dave Salmoni, that guy's awsum.

  • @ntv34 The tigers ate a red bull.

  • Those, Tigers seem to have made a small coalition. Sort of like a tiny Lion pride!

  • the musics all comedic while this deers fighting for his life lol

  • Kokoracha, you call people stupid and uneducated, but you can't back up a single thing you say with a valuable source.... and you failed to spell Buffalo three times... Please, quit ruining your credibility by making stupid comments.

  • shut upppppppppp

  • Hem, so every other expert on this earth are not experts? Craig Packer has studied lions for over 30 years, ask any lion conservationists and they will tell you that craig packer is the top lion expert today. As mentioned, animal face-off has been discredited by the makers of the films themselves, and most of the "experts" who appeared on the show are just zoo keepers who have no experience of wild animals. The experts you mention probably haven't even seen a real lion and tiger fight before.

  • no nt all off them david salmoder he do load about big cat

  • u must be the stupidest sht ever...

  • Animal Face-off? D;<

That show is absolutely unnecessary or at least nothing more than educated guesses.

Those nerds use numbers and calculators to determine which side wins. In real life, how ever, math is often obsolete. Besides, the show is sooooo unrealistic. It dropped the ball once it put a crock and lion together. The crock went all ninja.. D;<

  • stop talking out of you ass sir!!the so called experts are who youtube experts??i advise you to go watch animal face off which is done by the real experts that says a male lion would kill a tiger....due to the fact that is not any more powerfull but male lion has a mane which protects its neck from bites and stuff..big avantage over anytiger!! and also male lions are born to kill and fight...they fight big male lions all the time to protect pride!! much more experience in fighting than any tiger

  • Hello there, our organisation has spoken to some of the experts which you have mentioned. It is interesting to note that Adam Britton, crocodilian expert who has appeared in many episodes of "Animal Face-Off" have mentioned publicly that animal face off is for entertainment purposes only, and in reality any animal could win. Discovery Channel has also openly claimed that Animal face-off only provides opinion, but does not mean to influence the minds of others, and that some episodes are not true

  • Our organisation has received many many emails regarding the "Lion vs Tiger" question, and we worked with many experts and zookeepers worldwide, and it is common consensu between experts that the mane does not provide any protection to a male lion, as male lions often die due to neck bites in territorial fights. Top leading lion expert Craig Packer mentioned that the Mane's main purpose is to attract females. The largest lion website today, Lionresearch(dot)org mentions the same thing.

    -SCT

  • @kokoracha100

lol anyone who mention "animal face off" in the same sentence with "expert opinion" should be lapidated

  • dont talk stupid man...a tiger cant kill a baffelo...no way in hell..a bufealo would kill a lone tiger in no time...i seen lone male lions kill bufealo but lions have much more power than tigers ...they can bring down a buffelo...tigers no chance in hell...there is not one video in the world of tigers hunting anything bigger than a deer or tame cow or rabbit!!! until you find a proof or video of that keep mouth closed please..tnx

  • Hello there, based on years of studies, there are evidences to prove that wild Bengal Tigers regularly prey on water buffalos and Gaurs especially in Ngarahole National Park, India. Video of tigers hunting are rare due to the fact that Tigers live in dense jungles and forests.

There are hundreds of pictures and accounts out there, waiting for you to find them. And in fact, more experts agree that a tiger of the bengal or siberian subspecies is more powerful than an average african lion.

    - SCT.

  • These tigers in China is not 'tiger' infact. May be they drank melamine mixed china milk.

  • Don't know why they are doing this? Do they repopulate wolves or lions in Europe or England? These tigers are not pre-conditioned or trained. They could be badly injured in the hunts. BTW, the music doesn't fit at all.

  • Hello there, according to most experts, humans cannot teach captive predators how to hunt. All we can do is to provide a natural environment and prey items for captive carnivores to wake up their hunting and killing instincts, we cannot train them directly.

These tigers are 10th generation captive bred South China Tigers. Do not worry, the tigers you see in the video are now fully independent hunters, capable of hunting on their own just like wild tigers.

The music is donated to us.

  • This music is donated to us by King Henry IV Elementary school, it is the children's efforts and dedication. The least we can do is to appreciate it. Thank you. =)

  • Hello there, please take note that these are South China Tigers. And they are captive bred, these are 10th generation captive bred South China Tigers, which have no hunting experience and have no wild Tigress mother to teach them how to hunt and kill.

They have to start everything from scratch. South China Tiger is one of the smallest subspecies of Tigers, only larger than the Malayan and Sumatran subspecies.

  • These tigers were hunting like the lions. This is not what the tigers do in the jungle. They hunt alone and kill the pray (as big as buffelos) very fast.

  • Whoever posts these videos has a really shitty taste in music.

  • Please take note that this Song is donated to us from King Henry IV Zoo in London, it is their hardwork and dedication, and we have accepted the donation proudly.

We do not choose, this is their kindness we are accepting. At least these children are putting in their effort to conserve Endangered species.

  • Fight is better than escape, Good Advise

  • you should bite its neck, still a lot to learn for those capacity tigers.

but it seems like expert can train capacity tigers to hunt in pack.

  • A tiger? In Africa?

(I know what it's doing there, but I just couldn't resist the Monty Python joke)

  • The tiger just want to play whats wrong with that

  • what's this irrelevant music?

  • Please take note that this Song is donated to us from King Henry IV Zoo in London, it is their hardwork and dedication, and we have accepted the donation proudly.

We do not choose, this is their kindness we are accepting. At least these children are putting in their effort to conserve Endangered species.

  • The Antelope gained excecive self confidence, and made a mistake in the last moments.

  • ye , he thought the tigers arent dangerous :(

  • @AceofSpadesX

I hope you realize these are cubs!

  • These are South China Tiger cubs, which weren't even 2 years of age at that time. These cubs are 10th generation captive bred South China Tigers, whom has no experience hunting or living a life out in the wilderness., this is one of their first successful hunt, and to date, they are very powerful and successful hunters already.

Please take note that South China tigers are one of the smallest subspecies of tiger, only larger than the malayan and sumatrain subspecies.

  • They are when they aren't still basically babies who are captive born. Idiot.

  • What is the music in this video?

  • The background is our Save China's Tigers music, donated to us by King Henry viii preparatory school in England.

They are available to download on our official website. =)

  • asian women prefer u guyz!! lmfao..

  • thats all what u have got?? jus a large penis. lol...

  • Vardhman1 there are approximately 750,000,000 black people in the world today. Asians account for nearly half of the world's population. whos device is working better ..lol

  • u aint no balls faggot LMFAOOOO

  • 1:47 - 4:00

lmao....first time I've EVER seen a stalemate between a big cat and an antelope. It was almost as if they were negotiating. XD

  • Fuckt up music nice video

  • but tiger >lion see you tube "Lyon vs Tiger"

  • vardhman1 this tigers are unexperienced to fight and also young and asia is the biggest continent i am an asian and you must know that the tiger is the biggest of all cats

  • what abastard this is....

trying to fool the other animal..

  • Faggot ass music sucks, why don't you guys take that shit off, it does not even go with the videos. Here you have tigers killing an antelope, but there are fucking kids singing in the background. I don't give a rats ass what kids donated this terrible song, use your brain.

  • whats with the gay singing

  • As mentioned numerous times, this song was donated to us from a Elementary School in London. They have dedicated their hardwork and effort in composing and singing the song.

  • ooo shit sorry

  • lol 1:47

  • they should bring the Tigers to Texas ans let them hunt wild boars theres plenty

  • I wonder why they couldn't run this project in the native area, confronting the usual

conditions the tigers will have to deal with.

Obv a reason there will be.....

  • PLEASE LOOK UP: annie morgan jonas del.

    watch,

i would love you for life.

then ill watch yours but when are they telling us the winners? haha

  • tigers may be bigger and stronger but they aren't faster not meant for savannahs i believe. you got a solitary animal competing in a pack society of animals hyenas, lions, antelopes, buffalos and etc. rarely you would see tigerS in a pack. they will always be native in the jungle. there you lots of water because they are swimmers, and then they have the jungle for stealth which causes less stress on their heart. this is why i am very skeptical about them on a dry plain savannah shown here.

  • We have no intention of letting them compete with native African species, it is against the IUCN guidelines to release an alien species as it will cause imbalance into the ecosystem. South Africa is only the training ground for these tigers, they will be relocated and released back in a pilot reserve in China in due time, as soon as the pilot reserve has been established.

  • Comment removed

  • Its good to see someone actually doing somthing to help the tigers instead of talking and protesting. Good job guys

  • this tigers is not in it's environment, nor it's habitat.

origin: jungles of india or se asia where they actually thrive, not a savanna

  • this was a training program so the tigers can be released back to the wild the goal was to prove if they can hunt on just instanct and the pair of male and female passed with flying colours

  • Actually, that documentary you saw was a fraud.

  • hunting instinct? well if your hungry you really don't have much of a choice do you?

  • Tigers roamed all across Asia in the past century, their population was as high as 100000. They lived in the Siberian snow, the dense jungles of India, tropical rainforest of South East Asia, mangrove swamp of the Sundarbans, and even the Desert of the Caspian Sea. This shows that the Tiger is one of the most adaptable felines, and therefore they are capable of adapting to grasslands and even savannahs.

  • savannahs in africa?, i hope your right....

  • they are adapting to survive on savannahs but not actually thriving. they kinda underweight for tigers...

  • Well, you might want to spend more time researching on our project. These tigers, as you see in the video are only around 1.5 - 2 years old, and are not fully grown. And please, do not forget the fact that the South China Tiger is one the smallest subspecies of Tigers alive today. Their average weight is only 150kg, that's why you find them small. 5 cubs have been born in South Africa, this shows that our tiger breeding is quite successful.

  • Well, you might want to put might want to put that info on the side.
