  • Dude this isn't good I do 225 standard and can do more sumo sumo is for pussys

  • American meat is full of Groth Hormones, that's why those kid's are strong and earlier grow up, but they die younger ass well. But I respect the kid and the weight's he lift.

  • weightlifting does not stunt growth. i lift 1 rep max every workout since i was 13 and im 6'7'' and 205 lbs

  • How is there no way he is 15? I'm 6ft6 280 lbs at 15? Its possible. Gotta give this kid props that's amazing. although I've never maxed I doubt I could do that...

  • are those 45 plates?? cause that'd be 320+ for each hand

  • lifting heavy weights for short burst (the heaviest you can safely lift) stimulates the production of Human Groth Hormone to be released into the body and actually prevents the negative effects of ageing.

  • Spine damage in 15 - nice stuff :\

  • @oguretsagressive This kids form looks solid. You must be hate that he's 15 and stonger than you

  • @SilenceaftertheSteel Dammit. You got me spelling stuff wrong cause your pissing me off.

  • @SilenceaftertheSteel It's not about the kid, it's about weightlifting itself - most of the spine traumas don't recover, you could experience pain in the back for the rest of your life, or even become paralyzed. What will you have in return? Does it worth the risk?

  • Haters gonna hate! Great pull kid. Keep up the great work!

  • Nice douchebad roar

  • hey man, let haters hate! great job and keep up the good work!

  • God damn it, this 15 year old makes me, an 18 year old feel pathetic. Thanks.

  • btw stop bragging lolll i saw yr comments its no king deal , its sumo , and its 1rep.. lol im 18 can do 600x1 and 500x8

  • lolll nice man

  • great stuff, how bout though you wear shoes instead of doing this bare foot????

  • @DieselRefill69 ya no shit right....if you're 15...then im 15...you look way older than me and im 19

  • It isnt fake dumbasses many people can be skinny and stronger i have a friend thats 135lbs and deadlifts 501 raw isnt impossible

  • this is fake ,this guy is so fucking skinny how the fuck is he lifting that, watch his hand position wen he does the deadlift, his palms should be facing his body, skinny mofo

  • @begjon do you have any idea what your talking about really?

  • the bar you deadlifted with has to be the shortest i ever seen are you sure thats a standart olypmic bar?

  • @muzimuzi looks like a 6foot bar instead of 7foot which still weigh 45pounds i think

  • I am thoroughly impressed... that is awesome.

  • looks fake!

  • @ronhoward47

That's because you've never been in a weightroom. 495 is 5 plates on each side plus the bar, then 5 pounds for 500.

    Stupid fuck.

  • Fucking impressive, especially for a 15 year old, and the gym is pretty sweet too, wish mine was half as good

  • THat doesn't look like 500 lbs to me

  • that 15 year old has better form than Ive seen on most seasoned lifters

  • i hope this kid plays football lol

  • killswitch engage FTW

  • great lifts. How long has he been training?

  • So this is pretty easy to do with high doses of test. There is a kid at out school is 17 squatting 700lbs

  • @curtissparker yes that is why everyone can do it obviously.... do you think the kid at your school just injects and get like 600lbs more on his squat immediately?

  • @richknight No but in a few months yes.. Cause i went up 200lbs on my squats on 1500 mgs weekly

  • this guy knows how to lift properly and all that

  • go ahead and break you back you show off! no one does deadlifts like that.you can't do that in a fast motion, your bound to break your back. FOOL

  • @f1tness @f1tness actually the faster you pull/push/squat the less resistance that you face due to the fact you are putting out more force than what is resisting you. So the faster you deadlift, with good form, like this guy demonstrated, the better the lift is for you. If your statement was true, Olympic weightlifters would be breaking their backs every lift. That was sumo deadlifting and lots of people do it. So you are the fool.

  • @f1tness omg i am actually astounded you think that is going to happen...

  • Great lifts, this kids a beast at 15. Keep lifting and you'll be breaking records, I love the bare feet, btw, this is how I deadlift and people tell me I'm going to hurt my feet. Also, research has proven that the only thing that affects the growth plates is impact TRAUMA. Unless he is lifting to traumatize his body, he will not "stunt" his growth, just the opposite. Lifting heavy weights releases a surge of GH and test into the body, stimulating the body to grow in adaptation to the load.

  • It's a shame this outdated information about stunted growth and teen weight lifting is still circulating. I am his father and coach. I have been a trainer/coach and rehabiliation specialist for ove 20 years. This myth is false. You need to do more scientific research before making these comments. Look it up on Google, check out medical data and see for yourself.

  • I agree 100%. The info out there is so distorted. My rule of thumb (also what i was tought at a young age) is that you shouldn't start lifting heavy until you reach the age of 13 or 14. Weight training is ok for anyone over 11 or 12 but heavy lifting should start no earlier than 13-14 yrs of age. Would you agree with that? Great job coach, your son is going to shatter records for yrs to come.

  • It depends on the child. Myself and many other coaches have trained kids as young as 10 years old for powerlifting. Granted they must learn form & technique first then slowly work on increasing the load lifted. Form and safety are always first then weight.

  • @FITNESSDIRECTORJB

I notice at :58 his hands are on the inside of his legs grasping the bar, is it bad if I'm lifting with my hands outside of my legs?

  • @Bookstop1337 hands outside of legs and feet close together = conventional deadlift,

hands inside of legs and feet far apart = sumo deadlift

depends on your goal, if your bodybuilding use conventional because of the greater range of movement unless you find you particularly like sumo.

If you a powerlifter sumo will reduce the distance the bar has to travel thus increasing your lift.

Its really just down to personal preference.

  • @richknight

Alright thanks man, conventional deadlifts feel more comfortable to me but I'm 6'2 so might just be height related

  • this kid has me both motivated to get better but also a bit suicidal that I'm 16 been training for a year and can only do 350 raw and this kid can do 500. anyways awesome post.
