Great except for the oil. Olive or coconut is much healthier.

How many servings does this make? Also, does this taste like brocolli cheddar soup?

I'd recommend not using safflower oil. It's not a natural oil. Coconut oil and olive oil are some of the best options because they aren't pumped with chemicals to make it into an oil form.

Uh how is this 'paleo' food? This looks like very normal, healthy food to me...

I would do that except not blend it. I rather do the chewing.

I like this recipe, only I use slithered almonds and chop up a chicken breast and throw it all together. It goes wonderfully together.

i wouldn't use safflower oil. it contains way too much omega-6, whether its rancid or not.

Really easy and quite good. I added some asparagus, and it worked well.

It looked a bit thick to me. I wouldt hin it out with a little water or more broth.
Glad you have a new spatula.

this looks amazingly delicious!
another option is to puree only 1/2 of your recipe and the other 1/2 as it was from your skillet. Mmmm it would be extra chunky and hearty

Yep, great idea, then it would be like making two different recipes at the same time!
