  • this bonehead says to leave the filet alone then he shakes the pan and moves the meat, then he says leave it for a minute and a half, but he flips it in 30 seconds ... just another amateur pretending to be a pro. better off watching Chef Marco Pierre White, not a phony.

    also he didn't cook the meat long enough ... trust me if he had sliced the meat it would have been uncooked ... fucking pathetic.

  • Filet mignons are ideal for serving at wedding reception also.
