@iiliketheblueone I tried PhotoFiltre and you can open the PhotoShop Documents but you can only edit it as one image and not as layers. If you were to try and edit the template I uploaded with PhotoFiltre you might have a tough time.

when you click on the MegaUploads link in the description youll go to a page were you have to type a given a code (four characters) and then click "download file". after that you go to a page where theres a big button that says "Premium Download" right?? DONT CLICK that button!! Right below that button is a timer if you wait for the timer to run out a button titled "Regular Download" will appear.

You can click that one and get it for free! ^ ^

I know you can put links in the "About Me" part of your channel and it will work but I believe you have to be a YouTube Partner to have links with images to your Twitter and Facebook around your channel. I'm not entirely sure...

Try Opening recent files

File > Recent Documents

From there you should be able to find it

The only tool when i do it the only tool it uses it hand. If i click any other tool it goes to the hand tool. :'(

Yes, from what I've found you should be able to open Photoshop files with Paintshop pro.
