  • you dont need to squeeze out the edges , nor do you need to cut around the edge. you just flatten it round, put your filling, fold , and lightly press the edges.... also its best if you use a cotton cloth - wet it and wring out the water and lay it flat. work the dough on that surface. WAY better than plastic.

  • @DulceCaramela hi, hoe are you?... yes and you can put "anything in it" ..try chicken salad, ( with lil cubes of potatos, carots (zanahoria) , green pepper, onions, what ever u wants to, also NEVER FORGET TO put slices of avocado ( aguacate, palta ) on this chicken arepa. xD yummy!! ( ad mayonese to taste and a pich of honay dijon mustard) mixed with the chicken, awesome, ( not to make a paste) let some veggis and flesh ad texture.
