@DowneyEIRE Me too, its easier then you think, you sell the ammo you don't need, spend it on stasis, health, and plasma cutter ammo. If you have spare cash spend it on power nodes or suit upgrades. Another thing is stay by the corners (you never know where they might pop up.) The only super hard trophie is upgrading all the guns (that will take multiple playthroughs.) If you're going for One Gun at the same time, obviously you'll focus all of your Nodes on the Plasma Cutter, which you can max out by Chapter 4 if you do it right. Every door that you need a Node to unlock is a waste of time except for one late in the game. I don't know if any of that helps, but good luck & have fun :)

(1) You can't play Impossible Mode "first." It has to be unlocked. (2) You don't need to play on the second hardest difficulty to unlock it. You can play on the easiest difficulty and still unlock it if you wish. (3) I wasn't interested in what was "easier." I like a challenge. I'm not sure what your point is.
ive got a question for the one gun can u not get it once you melee kill someone becuase at the begging where you first find the gun i shot it to test it out and ran out of ammo and had to kill the first enemy using melee attack i just wanted to know before i try to beat the whole game and could just then use ny weapon
For One Gun you just have to refrain from using any other gun. Melee kills are fine. You can also throw things at enemies with Stasis. That's a good question though, I wouldn't want to play thru the whole game not knowing either. Just never equip anything except the Plasma Cutter and you should get it.

All of the suits you've mentioned can only be downloaded. The only suit you unlock in the game is the Military Suit, and it doesn't matter what difficulty you beat it on to get that. Beating the game on Impossible doesn't unlock anything unusual except a Trophy.
The 2 ??? are Slugger (Kill Slugger Boss with more than 50% of ADS Cannon Remaining) and Don't Get Cocky Kid (Use ADS Cannon [Chapter 4] with more than 50% remaining, it's hard as hell though]

Those things only carry over when you Continue a game on the same difficulty (New Game Plus). Once you start a New Game on a different difficulty you have to start over completely fresh.
Yeah, I just got my 12th, and Terminator isn't one of them. It seems like EVERYone has that Platinum. People should play games because they enjoy them, not to get easy Platinums.

That's the Osidian Suit, exclusive to the PS3. You can look up full Achievement / Trophy lists on the internet easily, there are dozens of sites for that. There were several secret ones, so I don't know which one you're missing, sorry. I hope that helps :)
Hey guys I really need help on this... How do I start the game on Impossible AND keep all my stuff? I already started another game but its still the same dfifficulty.. If I start a "New Game" would it erase all my previous things? And my armor? Or would I keep everything still? Please reply someone!
There is no way to start a new game on a different difficulty with things unlocked in previous missions. Whenever you load a New Game Plus (in other words, Round 2) it will always be on the same difficulty that you started on. Of course you can still keep save files to go back to your old game if you want, but the very first time you play on Impossible you will start fresh, they designed it that way.
You don't have it from the start, but it also doesn't matter what difficulty you play it on; you unlock it after beating the game the first time on any difficulty.
I just finished the game and saved the cleared game, loaded from it and went straight from the beginning, just wondering does this new game is on impossible or do I need to select it? Because I didn't have a choice.
Anytime you load up a "new game plus" (in Dead Space you will see that it says Round 2) it will be in the same difficulty as you had set it in Round 1 (that's why it doesn't give you a choice). You cannot change the difficulty once you start. To select Impossible Mode you will have to start an entirely New Game and thus you will not carry over any of your weapons and stuff. You can still keep the save files from your other game though of course.

Well the main difference of Impossible Mode as a whole is that Isaac can take considerably less damage, but also as far as what you're asking specifically about the Hive Mind is that it spits out the fat "pregnant" enemies at you, but someone said that it also does that on Hard. I only played it on Normal and Impossible so all I know is that it didn't spit them out at me on Normal.
I that the Nicole thing at the end was most likely a hallucination. Isaac was experiencing dementia induced by the marker and had just gone through a traumatic experience. Also, the Nicole necromorph doesn't look like a necomorph at all. She has too many of her old features. She still has a recognizable face, her hair and her shape doesn't look genetically recombinated at all.
Those are called Hidden Trophies. Almost all games have a few, and Dead Space has more than one. Just look up the Trophy list. There are several sites that show full Trophy lists for games.
I don't have any great tips for Impossible. I started it with a Level 5 suit that I downloaded, used the codes to give myself a bunch of Nodes and Credits, and I had pretty much memorized or noted all of the ambush spots so I knew what to expect. Doing all that gave me an edge, so that's all I know to suggest.
I wouldn't advise it necessarily. I just did it because I didn't want to have to play thru 2 more times, plus I like a challenge. It's not that bad either way though.
if i dont do impossible only with the cutter i got to play it trough 3-4 times because of the maxed ot and all weapons- trophys ...i hope i get a lil bit money when i finish the last chapter ...
Yeah, you have to play thru at least 3 times to get the Platinum, which is how I did it, but I think most people will end up doing it in 4. Of course, I still plan to replay the game at some point just because I own it and it's an excellent game...

these are the kind of platinums that i like, i hate trying to get infamous/wolverine/prototype platinums cuz you gotta go back and find like 300 things that are hidden in the game and its impossible to tell which one youve missed
You've got an excellent point. Those kinds of Trophies can be incredibly annoying, especially when, as you said, the game is open-world and gives you no way of tracking locations. Good comment.
xmen origins wolverine wasnt opened world but you need to collect 96 dog tags throughout the entire game and it was my last trophy until the platinum, at the end of the game i needed like two more and i had no idea where the hell they were it took me like 5 hours to find them :( then i got a bronze trophy for all thatr work
Yeah, I haven't played it yet but a friend of mine Platinumed it and told me the exact same thing. I did however Platinum inFamous and yeah, those 350 Blast Shards were a bit of a nuisance, but at least you could click L3 and see if any were in your (very close) vicinity, but even that wasn't enough to save it from being annoying. And that was a Bronze Trophy also ;)
have you tried prototype, everyone says the orbs are easy to find but i can never find them and its so weird cuz ill see one in the distance and as i get closer it disappears then when i get like five feet from it, it reappears
No, Prototype and Wolverine are two games that I haven't played yet but plan to eventually. And yeah I also heard that the collectables in Prototype don't pop up until you're right on top of them (I read a lot of reviews) so that sounds like a serious design flaw to me. At least in inFamous the first 300 Blast Shards actually help level up your character. Do the orbs do anything in Prototype?

If you didn't use the gun then it should be okay, but honestly I can't guaruntee that. I don't know if you're only not supposed to fire the other weapons or if you can't even equip them. When I did it I played it safe and just never even bought any of the other weapons, but I think & hope you'll still get the Trophy.
This is the Obsidian Suit, exclusive to the PS3. It has to be downloaded; it was free when I got it, but I think that was a limited-time thing. If so, I don't know what they charge for it now.
It always says that, it's the same message at the end no matter what difficulty you beat it on. Try it for yourself, you'll see. Plus you see the Trophy for Epic Tier 3 Engineer pop up, so obviously it was on Impossible.
I would say the Uncharted Platinum is a little easier than Dead Space's. If you want the Dead Space Platinum you will have to play through the game 3 times, just so you know. I hope that helps.

You don't have it from the start, but it also doesn't matter what difficulty you play it on; you unlock it after beating the game the first time on any difficulty.

I just finished the game and saved the cleared game, loaded from it and went straight from the beginning, just wondering does this new game is on impossible or do I need to select it? Because I didn't have a choice.

Anytime you load up a "new game plus" (in Dead Space you will see that it says Round 2) it will be in the same difficulty as you had set it in Round 1 (that's why it doesn't give you a choice). You cannot change the difficulty once you start. To select Impossible Mode you will have to start an entirely New Game and thus you will not carry over any of your weapons and stuff. You can still keep the save files from your other game though of course.

dead space is a pretty easy platinum...beating on impossible is the hard part....cod waw is a really easy platinum.....

its weird doesnt the hive mind controll all of the necromorphs. then if it dies doesnt the rest of the necromorphs die 2, i think it was hallucination

Well the main difference of Impossible Mode as a whole is that Isaac can take considerably less damage, but also as far as what you're asking specifically about the Hive Mind is that it spits out the fat "pregnant" enemies at you, but someone said that it also does that on Hard. I only played it on Normal and Impossible so all I know is that it didn't spit them out at me on Normal.

I that the Nicole thing at the end was most likely a hallucination. Isaac was experiencing dementia induced by the marker and had just gone through a traumatic experience. Also, the Nicole necromorph doesn't look like a necomorph at all. She has too many of her old features. She still has a recognizable face, her hair and her shape doesn't look genetically recombinated at all.

Those are called Hidden Trophies. Almost all games have a few, and Dead Space has more than one. Just look up the Trophy list. There are several sites that show full Trophy lists for games.

I don't have any great tips for Impossible. I started it with a Level 5 suit that I downloaded, used the codes to give myself a bunch of Nodes and Credits, and I had pretty much memorized or noted all of the ambush spots so I knew what to expect. Doing all that gave me an edge, so that's all I know to suggest.

I wouldn't advise it necessarily. I just did it because I didn't want to have to play thru 2 more times, plus I like a challenge. It's not that bad either way though.

if i dont do impossible only with the cutter i got to play it trough 3-4 times because of the maxed ot and all weapons- trophys ...i hope i get a lil bit money when i finish the last chapter ...

Yeah, you have to play thru at least 3 times to get the Platinum, which is how I did it, but I think most people will end up doing it in 4. Of course, I still plan to replay the game at some point just because I own it and it's an excellent game...

yesterday the hivemind shot 2 pregnants at me than i killed them than it hit me with 1 of it's tentacles and i died so i went to the store and replaced my guns and i killed it with my plasma cutter, now that is irony it killed me so i killed it

these are the kind of platinums that i like, i hate trying to get infamous/wolverine/prototype platinums cuz you gotta go back and find like 300 things that are hidden in the game and its impossible to tell which one youve missed

You've got an excellent point. Those kinds of Trophies can be incredibly annoying, especially when, as you said, the game is open-world and gives you no way of tracking locations. Good comment.

xmen origins wolverine wasnt opened world but you need to collect 96 dog tags throughout the entire game and it was my last trophy until the platinum, at the end of the game i needed like two more and i had no idea where the hell they were it took me like 5 hours to find them :( then i got a bronze trophy for all thatr work

Yeah, I haven't played it yet but a friend of mine Platinumed it and told me the exact same thing. I did however Platinum inFamous and yeah, those 350 Blast Shards were a bit of a nuisance, but at least you could click L3 and see if any were in your (very close) vicinity, but even that wasn't enough to save it from being annoying. And that was a Bronze Trophy also ;)

have you tried prototype, everyone says the orbs are easy to find but i can never find them and its so weird cuz ill see one in the distance and as i get closer it disappears then when i get like five feet from it, it reappears

No, Prototype and Wolverine are two games that I haven't played yet but plan to eventually. And yeah I also heard that the collectables in Prototype don't pop up until you're right on top of them (I read a lot of reviews) so that sounds like a serious design flaw to me. At least in inFamous the first 300 Blast Shards actually help level up your character. Do the orbs do anything in Prototype?

Hi Um I Have a Question about "One Gun" Trophy :
early in the game (level 3) i bought the line gun i didnt fire it and i sold it back immediately cuz i wanted the trophy will that effect it in any way? Get Back To Me Thanks =]

If you didn't use the gun then it should be okay, but honestly I can't guaruntee that. I don't know if you're only not supposed to fire the other weapons or if you can't even equip them. When I did it I played it safe and just never even bought any of the other weapons, but I think & hope you'll still get the Trophy.

Well my health bar is fully upgraded. Regardless of which suit you have, you still have to spend Nodes to upgrade the health.

This is the Obsidian Suit, exclusive to the PS3. It has to be downloaded; it was free when I got it, but I think that was a limited-time thing. If so, I don't know what they charge for it now.

It always says that, it's the same message at the end no matter what difficulty you beat it on. Try it for yourself, you'll see. Plus you see the Trophy for Epic Tier 3 Engineer pop up, so obviously it was on Impossible.

Uncharted platinum is = 5/10

I would say the Uncharted Platinum is a little easier than Dead Space's. If you want the Dead Space Platinum you will have to play through the game 3 times, just so you know. I hope that helps.
