it goes level 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 then Elite. But, If you want, you can do beginner, intermediate, and advanced before level 1.

most gymnasts start at level 4.. atleast in new jersey, i dont know about other states.. there also used to be level 5 novice and level 5 open (novice is first year and open is second year.. and if you were good enough you skipped open and went right to level 6.. thats what i did) but i think they did away with that.

thanks! she looks so tiny! awesome video! they were all super even at the "simple" routines they used to do! and advanced so quickly. at my old gym you were required to spend a minimum of one year at each lvl. so it was hard to progress. the highest lvl they have they're now is a lvl 9 senior in highschool who is the owners' daughter. there was 1 girl who used to go to my gym who was excellent so she moved with one of my old coaches (who actually coached beth tweddle) to bridget sloans gym.
